Notes: Tanks must be purged to 1000 ppm prior to loading. After loading the ullage space will be purged below 1000ppm, or for a period of 3.5 hours whichever comes first. A record must be taken of all tanks loaded, including, percentage of tank filled, time purged, and final oxygen reading.. Vessel to keep a daily log of the overpressure ( millibars) and cargo temperature, and is to present the log to receiver at time of discharge with a copy sent to the charterers. Notes: If Nitrogen blanket is in place and Carrier chooses to transship, carrier must reapply nitrogen blanket on the cargo, both on the discharging and receiving ship, at their time, risk, and expense.
