5 TRANITIONAL ROERTIE The existing land use survey noted a number of transitional properties that are both residential and commercial/industrial in nature. ome of these parcels are vacant or underutilized while others could accommodate an intensification of use in the future. ome of these parcels are currently for sale and will provide future owners with redevelopment opportunities. It is important that new or expanded uses are viable and support long term economic stability and quality of life. The current list of transitional properties is not all inclusive and requires more detailed evaluation of each area and parcel prior to final rezoning approval.
