2 AGENDA 1 LEGAL FRAMEWORK 2 SERVICE FACILITY OPERATORS 3 SERVICE FACILITY NETWORK STATEMENT 4 EXAMPLES 3 (21) LEGAL FRAMEWORK Directive 2012/34/EU (Recast) Art. 27 Par. 2 The network statement shall also contain information setting out the conditions for access to service facilities connected to the network of the infrastructure manager and for supply of services in these facilities or indicate a website where such information is made available free of charge in electronic format. The content of the network statement is laid down in Annex IV. Annex II of Directive 2012/34/EU - Services to be supplied to the railway undertakings 2. Access, including track access, shall be given to the following services facilities, when they exist, and to the services supplied in these facilities: (b) freight terminals (g) maritime and inland port facilities which are linked to rail activities 4 (21) 2

3 LEGAL FRAMEWORK CROATIA - Railway act (OG 94/13, 148/13) Article 30 (1) Operators of maritime and inland port facilities which are linked to rail activities and operators of freight terminals shall adopt and publish a network statement. (2) If service facility operators and service providers are separate legal entities they shall adopt and publish a joint network statement.
