1 Customer Support and Literature Ordering Center User s Guide April 19, 2016

2 Accessing the ordering center There are two ways to access the ordering center, depending on the nature of your business: Comfortsite External access If you have external access, you will have a supplied URL + login credentials. How to access through Comfortsite

3 Featured Products New materials featured on the home page Simply click to order or navigate to the selected product. Check back regularly for new additions!

4 Multiple Navigation Options The Catalog button shows options in a listed format, so you can browse what is available to you. The Search box is a quick way to find what you re looking for. Enter the publication number/sku or title (partials are accepted). TIP: When entering a publication number/sku, it is best to enter the base number (i.e instead of ).

5 Viewing Products The list of products will show 12 options per page. You can change your view by clicking on the orange 12, which will pull up a dropdown box with more choices to customize your view.

6 Selecting Products Products can be added directly to the shopping cart on the product search page by entering the quantity and clicking Add to Cart. For more details, click on the product name or image. Products with price breaks will show the adjusted price in the shopping cart. Some products have a Download option which allows you to open and view the publication before purchasing it. TIP: Some download files are available for print while others are read-only.

7 When you are ready to check out, click the Cart Icon. If you have a coupon code, this is where you will apply it and you will see the discount reflected in your total amount. Your cart is only saved for 24 hours; if you d like to save it for more than 24 hours, click Save Cart and your cart will be saved for future processing in the Saved tab. Checking Out

8 Changes to your Shopping Cart Remove an Item: Click on the red Trash Can icon or select the item and click Remove. Adjust quantity: Enter the new quantity, click Update and the adjusted price will be shown. If your order is quite long, you can search the cart for specific products.

9 If you logged in through Comfortsite, the shipping address you have set up there will auto-populate; this can be changed. There is an address book function for repeat shipments/addresses. Enter the new address and simply click Save Address. Once in the address book, you will assign a title (i.e. Home, Office-NY, Office-Chicago, etc.). Shipping Information

10 Shipping Information (contd.) Ground shipping is standard on all orders. If you have any special requests (delivery instructions, expedited shipping, etc.), please include them in the Shipping Notes field. If you need material delivered by a specific date, someone will be in touch to get a UPS/FedEx account # or credit card to pay for the addtl. shipping costs. At this time, you will also be notified if there will be any issues meeting your deadline.

11 You can choose to use your shipping address as your billing address. There is also an address book function for billing. A reference number is REQUIRED on all orders; it can be your PO number, if you d like. This reference appears on your invoice and can come in handy when searching order history. If you d like to assign different PO s to different items, simply change the PO field next to the item description. Billing Information

12 Payment Options All charges and invoices will be coming from Pretty Incredible Communications. All dealers are required to use a credit card. Distributors can choose to use a PO (if they have terms) or a credit card.

13 Payment Options contd. If you are paying with a credit card, make sure the billing address you entered matches your credit card statement. Your credit card is NOT charged until the order has shipped. You MUST use Internet Explorer if you are paying with a credit card.

14 Completing your Order Once you enter your shipping and billing information, you have the opportunity to confirm your order. You can make any changes on this screen before completing your order. Once you confirm all the information is correct, click the green Complete Order button.

15 Once your order is complete, you will see an order summary. You have the option to print it at this time. You will receive it as an . You can get into the order manager (details on the next page) and retrieve it at any time for your records. Invoice Detail

16 Order Manager Through the Order Manager, you are able to track orders, reorder an old order, view your past orders, and print invoices. Click your name in the Navigation bar and click Order Manager.

17 Order Manager contd. You can search by date, Publication Number/SKU, Order Number, Description, or Order Status. Choose the order you d like to review by clicking on the magnifying glass icon in the Options column. A detailed order summary will appear and you can print this screen for your records.

18 Order Manager contd.- Tracking If you d like tracking, in the Order Manager, choose the order you d like to review (see the previous page for how to do this) and click View Detail Summary. This will pull up an even more detailed order summary with UPS tracking numbers. Each line item will have a UPS tracking number, since some orders may ship separately.

19 Order Manager contd.- Reorder You can quickly and easily reorder any previous order; you can change quantities, shipping addresses, etc. If any Publication Numbers/SKU s have changed, you will be alerted to the change before completing your order. Select the order you d like to reorder, then click the Reorder button at the bottom of the screen. These items will go directly into your shopping cart. You can continue to shop, reorder more old orders, or check out.

20 MAX (Marketing Advertising express) The all-new MAX now offers a wide variety of marketing pieces. See below for the different items offered on MAX and the Literature Ordering Center. 21 MAX (Marketing Advertising express) contd. Pretty Incredible produces all the printed pieces (for example, door hangers, post cards, yard signs, etc.) on MAX. To complete your order/check out, you will jump to the literature ordering center. So, if you have any trouble or questions, you will be able to access this User s Guide and apply it. You can also access it through the Order Manager (see page 16 for more details). Why isn t my credit card working?
