4 Note: In order for all of the Web Tools functionality to work, you need to allow pop ups. Please check with your IT staff to assist you with allowing Pop Ups from [*.]tracking.carrierlogistics.com When you login with a user name and password, you will see The Main Welcome Page General Highlights From any of the screens, you can click on a PRO number hyper link and/or customer hyper link and it will take you to the shipment details. 7 Shipping Tools Rate Quote You can quote both regional and nationwide shipments. **Note: To book a shipment through JA Nationwide you must always either begin with a new quote or select a previous quote from the Snapshot screen. The quote process is where you will select the carrier for your shipment. JA Frate shipments can be booked without creating a quote. Page 7 of 22 Updated: 12/11/17

8 On nationwide quotes, you will see a list of available carriers, with their rate and transit days and you can choose the carrier. Page 8 of 22 Updated: 12/11/17

13 Shipment Alert Request Another screen to add shipment alert s (You can also add alerts on specific shipments when you enter them) Transit Time Results JA Frate Chicago regional shipments 1 day transit, guaranteed next day delivery by 5pm. JA Nationwide shipments, transit days appear on the quote /carrier selection screen Freight Class Calculator Enter dimensions of your freight to calculate the density and resulting freight class To Book a previous Quote Select Snapshot From this screen, you can look at the details of any previous shipment or quote. 22 Shipment Analytics All options produce data & graphs for the selected date range. Once the data is displayed on the screen you are able to drill down to the individual shipments.
