The pple SSR loi showed the sme order nd orresponding distnes in the per nd pple mps, strongly suggesting the presene of highly onserved regions etween the two genomes nd tht pple SSRs were more preferle to trnsfer nd onserve to Europen pers thn Asin pers. The most onserved segments of linkge group etween pple nd per were loted in LG 9, LG 11 nd LG 14 relying on 101 pple-mpped SSRs. The SSRs in LG 10 nd 12 wouldn t like to link eh other in the ultivr of P. retshneideri in Chin nd P. pyrifoli in Jpn, respetively.
