1 Let s take a more detailed look at the features within the shopping cart From the Dashboard, click on Current Cart 1

2 As items are entered into the Shopping Cart, you will get the following information: Item # or SKU # Part Description Your Requested Ship Date (which always defaults to ASAP or As Soon As Possible). You can click the link and change the Requested Ship Date in the calendar that will appear. Available Ship Date. If it is available to ship, you will get a green date. If it is not available, you will get a red future expected shipment date. Warehouse (QTY). This will show which warehouse it is expected to ship, along with the quantity. If green, it is available to ship. If red, it is expected to ship at a future date from that warehouse. Pricing: The next column shows both the Base Price and MSRP price. The Base Price is the standard discount price for all customers. MSRP is the manufacturer s suggested retail price. Discounted Price: The column after this displays the customer s net discounted price before any applicable order based or promotional based discounts. Within the dealer channel, the customer may see a label describing their tiered price level (e.g. Crown Price) QTY: Is the requested quantity of the item Extended Price: Is Net Discounted Price times Quantity Additional Discounts: will show dollar savings from any order volume or 2

3 promotional discounts Your Price: Your net price following any applicable order volume or promotional discounts 2

4 Within the shopping cart, you always have the ability to delete an item or multiple items, as well as change the requested ship date for one item or multiple items To delete an item, select the checkbox to the left of the item and click the Delete Items button. If you wish to delete all items, just select the uppermost check box and all items will be selected To change a requested ship date, follow the same process, but click the Change requested ship date button instead. At this point, a calendar will cascade down and from there you can select a future date for shipment 3

5 Other Fields Within the Shopping Cart Ship-To Address: is a drop-down menu that allows the user to select from multiple addresses, if applicable Shipping Method: always defaults to Normal, unless you request expedited shipping or other handling instructions. If you wish to include instructions, click the Add/edit special instructions link and enter this information. Please note that any instructions will require review by Customer Service and may delay processing of the order. P.O. #: Your Purchase Order number is a required field for processing. Your Order Reference: is an optional field that allows the user to add information useful for searching later in Order History. Project Code: is an optional drop down menu only relevant for current promotional offers Promo Code: is an optional free text field also relevant only for current promotional offers. 4

6 When clicking Next Step: Review button, the user is taken to the final step before submitting the order. Here, the user can get an estimate of the shipping and sales tax charges (if applicable). To get an estimate, click on the Calculate Shipping and Tax link. 5

7 Clicking the Estimated shipping link here will activate a pop-up window that will provide a further breakdown of shipping charges by item category, as well as any free freight qualifiers Please note that any orders placed by Customer Service will automatically incur a $2.50 surcharge If you need to make any changes to the order, you can click the Back button If the order is correct, you can submit by clicking the Checkout button An Order Acknowledgement will then be sent to the address originally registered to the customer account 6
