4 Pallets & Bulk Containers Transit container solutions for everyday use Specialty pallets for kegs and crates The development of theses pallets is the result of years of intensive research, trials, testing and bench marking in collaboration with pallet pool providers and the beverage industry to insure that our pallets meet their high standards. Crate Pallet Our pallets are four-way entry pallets manufactured as a one shot piece with a high performance based on the following criteria: safety, durability, ergonomics, cost-efficiency, cleanliness & hygiene, functionality & handling. Suitable for plastic beverage crates, cross stacking and column stacking. Keg Pallet The special taps are used to ensure the secure fixture of the kegs on the pallet during handling, transport and storage. Suitable for 20L,30L and 5OL kegs. 5 Recycling Mobile and in-house regrinding services Regrinding Process We offer regrinding services out of four locations strategically located in Belgium, Spain, Poland and Croatia. Prior to re-grinding, the products delivered undergo a process of control and separation. The material is then sent to one of three regrinding lines for recycling. After being recycled, the regrinded material passes through the separator that separates metals and any mechanical particles. The next step is to ensure the best possible quality of the recycled material. To achieve this, the grinded material passes through a washing plant that eliminates dust or any other particles that the separator could not entirely remove. The recycled material can -at the request of the customer- be returned to production, where it is mixed to a specific percentage together with the original virgin material, so as to achieve optimum product quality. Mobile Recycling We offer complete autonomous mobile recycling at your facility. Our mobile re-grinders are sound-insulated with power-supply, fork-lift truck and weighing scales.
