3 HISTORY Founded as Customs Brokers in Montreal in 1951 Expanded to Vancouver and Toronto Started operations as International Freight Forwarder in 1983, and as Freight Broker in 1995 Milgram now employs close to 300 employees across Canada

9 OPERATIONS Milgram manages their client s business using operational teams that handle a designated group of clients. Each operational team is lead by a supervisor who is at all times.

10 SERVICE TEAMS Each team is responsible for all phases of a customs transaction, up to the point of invoicing. This means that a client s files are physically located within the same working group at all times, and available to all members of the group regardless of the port of entry or border crossing.

11 SERVICE TEAMS This also means that it is easy and convenient for the client to speak to someone who has the file, or who has access to the file. In fact, our online system includes information as to the current location of the file within our office.
