7 Magazines with linear drive Robust and lightweight Agilis magazines can take on all 8 to16 mm tapes, whether punched or embossed, and with up to 10.5 mm deep pockets. You can mix 12 and 16 mm feeders freely in one magazine, and program tape pitches between 1 16 mm. With linear drive, even chips are handled with excellent accuracy. Feeders can always be adjusted individually if need be, and a smooth, servocontrolled motor enables high-speed feeding in four acceleration classes. Tape, stick and tray Tape magazines are available for all common component sizes and tape materials. Flexibility is provided by the Flex magazine, which accommodates a mix of 8 to 136 mm tape sizes and components, thereby reducing the overall magazine requirements. Vibratory magazines can use all types of sticks and tubes, and one magazine can accommodate various components. The duration, frequency and amplitude of vibration can be individually adjusted via the software. Tray components can be handled in three different ways. If production involves only a limited number of tray components, the Y Wagon holding the PCB can be mounted with a Flexible Tray Holder. In situations where the demand is greater, the Tray Wagon Magazine is the best solution. It provides matrix tray capability when two to seven JEDEC trays are required. Finally, our TEX Tray Exchanger handles 32 trays on two independent parallel tray tracks, allowing you to change trays in less than one second. Whichever options you choose, all of our feeder systems are so mechanically robust that they require very little maintenance. And thanks to our modular system, even third-party feeders can be integrated into the system. The TEX Tray Exchanger The TEX holds up to 32 JEDEC trays. Equipped with a built-in barcode recognition system and preloaded tray information, it always knows which trays are loaded and where they are located. And it never keeps the placement machine waiting. It can pick components from one tray while the other is being changed and vice versa. Easy component traceability Maintain control over your component inventory with MYLabel. This Windowsbased program helps you keep track of remaining component quantities and batch names, while also providing updated barcode labels for your reels.
