2 TTS Transportation Technology Systems equipment development and production for all material transportation systems TTS is an affiliated company of LNK Industries, which is part of the LNK Group holding company. TTS is a rapidly developing enterprise with a modern technological base that is able to independently implement the whole cycle of customised non-standard conveyor equipment manufacturing. TS complies with international standards-iso 9001:2008 Quality management systems, ISO Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials, EN Technical requirements for the execution of steel structures. The plant consists of two production facilities: conveyor and technological systems workshop (total area - 14,000 m 2, height of the ceiling -12 metres, equipped with 10-tonne cranes), bridge and construction structures workshop (total area 6,000 m 2, height of the ceiling - 15 meters, equipped with 30-tonne cranes). The modern engineering machinery of TTS plays a significant role in successful production, providing an opportunity to create equipment of any size and complexity that fully meets the needs of the Clients. The successful implementation of modern technologies and high quality of equipment, produced at the TTS plant should be credited to the more than two hundred skilled workers: welders, locksmiths, assemblers, painters and other professionals.

6 Departments Department of Production-engineers and Designers Pre-production Area In-house engineers and designers provide engineering-design supervision of each project to ensure performance quality control at all stages of the project implementation, making the necessary corrections or adjustments in due time. Each solution is discussed and approved by the Client at the production phase, as well as at the stages of delivery, installation and maintenance. The TTS warranty guarantees impeccable performance of the commissioned facility. The process of the equipment production from the drawing board to its commissioning is not always easy, but the high professionalism of our engineers and their long-term experience facilitates the handling of any task. TTS guarantees high quality processing of standard and stainless steels, hightensile alloys of non-ferrous metals, composite materials, plastics, rubber and timber. Plasma Cutting technology (plasma cutting using a 3D-torch Smax 80 mm, dimensions 3000 x mm) is used. The company uses a horizontal boring machine (TOS VARNSDORF WRD 150 Q). The machine is designed for drilling, boring, milling and threading with high accuracy and excellent performance. TTS production base is equipped with modern high-precision machines that ensure the production of metal structures of different sizes and complexity.

7 Welding Sections Anti-corrosion Treatment We are one of the first in the Baltics to start using self-propelled welding tractors with TWIN WIRE technology and inverter sources, which significantly increase the speed of welding maintenance works, preserving the highest quality. Due to the non-destructive inspection procedure that is applied for finished product testing, we are able to ensure the impeccable quality of our products and provide our customers with a warranty for a period of more than five years. The TTS plant has all the necessary facilities for efficient painting - there are painting chambers of 60 and 80 m 2 with a ceiling height of of 4 m, as well as a chamber of 144 m2. The vacuum painting machine provides a high quality of coating, including frame structure coating that cannot be properly performed using standard spray guns. Spacious manufacturing facilities, modern welding equipment, skilled welders, are the factors that make our company the leader in the metal structure manufacturing sector. A large shot blasting chamber provides perfect surface quality before painting. There is also a glass blasting chamber for stainless steel surface treatment.

10 Marine Terminals Mining and Metal Industry TTS company successfully operates in the field of equipment manufacturing for cargo handling in Latvia, as well as in other EU and CIS countries. Production of equipment for sea ports is a relatively new field of activity for the TTS company. However, the company has already completed several major projects such as Ventspils coal terminal (Baltic Coal Terminal), a terminal for the transshipment of mineral fertilisers in Riga (Alpha Osta), the passenger-cargo terminal at the Port of Klaipeda, as well as many others. One of the latest big scale project is the construction of the mineral fertiliser handling complex for Riga Fertilizer Terminal. The company also provides Riga Bulk Terminal (Latvia) with up-to-date terminal systems for cargo transshipment that comply with all international standards, ensuring safe and at the same time effective terminal operation. Manufacturing of equipment for the transport sector is the traditional sphere of TTS business activity. 11 Power Engineering Food Industry Our equipment is installed at many thermal power plants of Central Europe and Latin America. Various conveyors and special equipment is used for coal transportation and storage. Furthermore, in cooperation with Finnish partners we have equipped more than a dozen complexes, producing biofuel and biogas, with systems of raw materials transportation. We have managed to comply with rigid requirements related to the corrosion resistance and safety of such objects. We are also involved in the promising industry of wind power generation we have manufactured special equipment for the company Vestas, the market leader. Power engineering is one more sphere, where equipment produced by TTS is widely used. The food industry sets special demands in regard to processing equipment. A special type of steel should be used, a specific quality of product manufacturing is required, and anti-corrosion treatment is crucial. TTS has managed to find its niche in this area: for several years, we have supplied various transporters and special equipment for flour mills, grain silos, confectionery businesses and sugar processing plants.
