3 manufacturing Since 1963, Weaver Reclaimers have been installed to convey even the toughest dry bulk materials from the bottoms of storage tanks and silos. Today, Weaver Reclaimers are supported by CST a company with decades of unloader manufacturing experience and are the premiere reclaiming system for nearly all dry bulk materials. All systems are manufactured in a 500,000 square foot ISO Certified facility that builds unloaders and reclaimers. All systems are comprised of standard industrial components. 4 Flow Dome and Ramp The flow ramp is located under the flow dome to allow only accurate, reliable, positive flow of material. No immeasurable, unreliable gravity flow paths. Extraction Motor The extraction motor creates consistent, reliable transfer of material from the screw to the out feed conveyor. 5 Mass Flow Screw Custom designed single or dual screws using the latest 3D design tools ensures peak performance matched to each material. Advance Motor and Gearbox Reliable, programmable, all-electric motors and optional variable frequency drives (VFD) means greater control, no hydraulic leaks and easier interface. Plug Chute Control Integrated plugged chute control devices and instruments improve flow accuracy and reliability while decreasing downtime.

6 500 Series Center Drive SYSTEMS The Weaver 500 Series Center Drive Reclaimer Systems feature sweep screws that are driven around the floor of the silo from the center turntable with a proven, heavy-duty chain drive system. The sweep screws convey material to the center where it flows to the discharge hopper. These systems are designed in single or dual-screw designs, depending on discharge requirements. 7 1000 Series ring Drive systems The 1000 Series Ring Drive Reclaimer Systems are for larger diameter silo applications that store the toughest dry bulk materials. The sweep auger pivots at the center of the silo and sweeps around the silo reclaim floor, moving material to the center and into the discharge hopper.
