Our system has the built-in intelligence to capture a call and order and allocate it to the nearest vehicle, knowing when to dispatch one individual or a group of vehicles No order is the same, which is why we have built in the functionality to customise scripts based on the call type Once the call has been captured, RapidDeploy tracks every stage of the workflow for the specific order Any event, past or present, lives on in your system so your dispatch can learn from it and report on it. Information is classified within our system by order Type or Area Group We have our backup communication in the event of a low data environment for low mobile environment.
