1 What to Expect as an Exhibitor Here you will find the information you need for the 2018 CAHED Trade Show! Please read through all of the information to ensure you know what you need to do--pay special attention to deadlines/things you need to bring with you day-of (highlighted). You will find the agenda on page 4. Prior to Event Day Shipping and Receiving Please see the information below regarding shipping. Exhibitor Information Form In order to ensure accuracy and professional name tags, as well as any raffle prizes (see below), please go online and fill out the Exhibitor Information Form by April 6 th. The form simply asks for the THREE attendees who will be at the booth, the company name as you d like it shown, as well as a raffle prize IF you donate it. Electrical Needs All booths come with access to a 5 amp outlet. If you need access to more than that, please Teresa Mulholland at: tmulholland@cahed.org to request a form to send in for additional access to electricity. Your company will be responsible for the fees for the extra electricity and will need to send in the form PRIOR to April 20 th. Raffle prizes All vendors are in charge of their own raffle prize giveaway, which will take place the LAST open time of the Trade Show Floor, after our Key Note Speaker. Participation is voluntary. If you would like to participate, we will advertise your prize if you inform us what you will give away by filling out the Exhibitor Information form on cahed.org by April 6 th. The process will go as follows: you collect business cards at your booth during all open trade show floor times Thursday, May 3 rd. Then, pull the winning card and display it Friday, May 4 th. Attendees will need to be present to claim their prize. If your prize hasn t been claimed by half way through the open floor time, come see the CAHED desk and we will announce the winner s name over the sound system. **Make sure to bring a container to collect the business cards! Arrival and Load In Included in the packet, you will find driving directions and a map to park in Lot J and enter through the North Loading Dock. When you arrive, park in Lot J, walk down the ramp at the North Tunnel, and check in with security. From there, security will direct you where to park should you need to unload items; they will also direct you to the event space from the dock. Please note, all exhibitors, whether loading in or not, are expected to enter and exit the venue through the North Loading Dock. (continued on the back)

2 Dollies and Flatbeds Any flatbeds or dollies at the venue are at a first come first serve basis. If you need a dolly or flatbed for load in, please bring your own to expedite the load in process. Elevators For any items brought in on a flatbed and/or dolly, use must use a freight elevator. Only exhibitors not loading in items may use the passenger elevator. Policies and Procedures The following is a condensed list of the venue s policies and procedures. If you have any questions, please contact the event manager. Outside Food and Beverage The venue has a strict no outside food and beverage policy. If you would like to pass out candy or the like at your booth, all items must be under 4 ounces and cannot compete with any venue partners such as Coca Cola. If found at your booth, you will be asked to sign a food waiver with our in house caterer or will be asked to remove the outside food from the premises. Outside alcohol, including gift baskets, raffles, etc., cannot enter the venue. If found at your booth, you will be asked to remove the outside alcohol from the premises or the alcohol will be confiscated. Hanging Items You may not affix any items to any surface (walls, windows, floors, etc.) of the stadium by any means (tape, nails, tacks, etc.). Any hanging of items will result in a damage assessment and potential damage fee. Additional Event Rentals Should you need additional event rentals for the event, please contact the event manager. Additional fees may apply. Use of Denver Broncos Logo The Denver Broncos logo is not allowed on any promotional material, brochures, or non-licensed NFL materials. Lights and Rigging The event manager must approve the use of any lights, rigging, etc. Booth Space Each booth space comes with a draped 6 foot table, with one foot on each side for a total with of 8 feet, and a depth of 5 feet. Post Event and Load Out Trash and Recycling

3 Please dispose of all trash and recycling in the designated trashcans and recycle bins throughout the event space. All exhibitors are responsible for taking all items brought into the venue out with them. The venue will dispose of any items left in the event space. Load Out All exhibitors exit the same way they entered the venue through the North Loading Dock. The venue allows (1) hour for exhibitor load out. Should you need more time to load out, please contact the event manager. Shipping and Receiving Services Receiving: There is a receiving fee of $ for receiving deliveries of shipments to the event space. All packages must be addressed as follows: Sports Authority Field at Mile High Attn: Anna Marie Marcus CO Environmental 1701 Bryant Street Denver, CO Packages not containing the above label will be denied at the dock - We will need to know the number of boxes expected to be delivered to the venue - Packages are not allowed to be delivered to the venue prior to (7) days before the event o Sports Authority Field at Mile High has the right to deny any packages that arrive damaged or look suspect. o Sports Authority Field is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. - The $ fee will cover up to (2) pallets of individually shipped or pre-palleted parcels. Each additional pallet is $ o (1) pallet will hold up to (16) medium boxes (18 long x 18 wide x 16 tall) Shipping: Upon exit of the event, vendors are responsible for boxing, taping, labeling and personally delivering boxes/packages for pick up at the dock. They must schedule a pick up from FedEx or UPS and fill out appropriate paperwork. If you would like us to gather boxes from the event space and take ship outs to the dock for, there is a fee of $ (for up to (2) pallets). - If vendors individually carry their boxes to the dock, this fee is waived. - If you choose our shipping option - Vendors must still box, tape, label, and arrange for pickup we will gather all prepared items from the event space and place them at the loading dock. - The $ Shipping fee covers up to (2) pallets Each additional pallet is $ Hotel Information: For those coming from out of town, we have secured a block of rooms at a nearby hotel (for those of you who have come before, this is a different location from years past just as close to Mile High!):

5 Accessing the North Loading Dock Heading South on I-25 Take Exit 211 toward 23 rd Avenue/20 th Avenue Go straight through the traffic light o It will seem as though you are getting back on I-25 Keep right at the fork and take a left at the stop sign onto Bryant Street Go straight along Bryant Street as it turns into Mile High Stadium Circle past the Turntable Apartments Take the next right into the stadium at the entrance to Lot L Drive straight until you see signs for Lot J and park in the spaces closest to Mile High Monument Heading North on I-25 Take Exit 210C toward 17 th Avenue and follow the loop around until you reach a stop sign Take a right at the stop sign onto Mile High Stadium Circle Take the next left into the stadium at the entrance to Lot L Drive straight until you see signs for Lot J and park in the spaces closest to Mile High Monument From Federal Blvd (heading both North or South) From Federal, turn East onto W. 20 th Avenue (towards the Denver skyline) Take a left at the stop sign onto Mile high Stadium Circle. o Turntable Studios will come up on your right Turn right at the stop sign onto Bryant Street Just before you reach the stadium, take a right into Lot L (handicapped lot on the right). Drive through Lot L to Lot J. Drive straight until you see signs for Lot J and park in the spaces closest to Mile High Monument Once you Park in Lot J Check in with security for event load in o Under Gate 5, walk down the tunnel labeled North Dock/North Tunnel and enter through the Security Command door o Please bring photo identification and have readily available Once you check in, security will direct you where you can pull up your car should you need to be closer to the building for load in/out If you move your vehicle closer to unload, you must park your car back in Lot J before loading items up to the event space. Cars cannot stay parked at the top of the North Loading Dock. All exhibitors must check in, enter, and exit the stadium via the North Loading Dock regardless if they are loading in items or not It is recommended to allow extra time for check-in and load in
