4 A. Objective The objectives of research are : 1. Applying Tri Dharma of College. 2. Implementing the science of statistics and quality in the subject of adding insight and knowledge about the applied science of industrial engineering that is implemented in the form of research. 3. Building coorperation between the Statistics and Quality Engineering Laboratory with various related agencies. B. Scope and Related Units The scope and related units is Statistics and Quality Engineering Laboratory and other parties that participated are as follows: 1. Head of Statistics and Quality Engineering Laboratory 2. Assistant of Statistics and Quality Engineering Laboratory 3. Companies/UKM and other related parties C. Related Quality Standard The related quality standards of research are the researcher s standards, content standards, process and assessment standards, funding and financing standards. This is because when doing research need to fullfil the rules of research content, researcher standards, and need to be considered in terms of funds and research costs in accordance with the standard. D. Terms and Definition 1. Research is often described as an active, diligent and systematic process of investigation, aimed at discovering, interpreting and revising facts. E. 11 ATTACHMENT 4 : Research Report Format The research is written in A4 paper, time new roman, justify, font 12, space 1.5 with margins left = 3 cm, right = 2.5 cm, top = 2.5 cm and bottom = 2.5 cm. CHAPTER 1 : INTRODUCTION Describe the background and issues to be studied, the specific objectives, and the urgency (virtue) of the study. Describe also what the findings / innovations are targeted and their application in order to support the development and development of science and technology-social culture. CHAPTER 2 : LITERATURE REVIEW Point out the state of the art in the field under study, use the relevant and current main reference libraries (journals and IPRs) with emphasis on research results in scientific journals. Also describe the preliminary studies that have been carried out and the results already achieved, including the roadmap of the study. CHAPTER 3 : RESEARCH METHODS Equipped with a research flow chart (fishbone diagram) that describes what has been done and what will be done for 2-3 years. The research chart should be made intact with clear phases, from where, how outcomes, research sites, and measurable performance indicators. CHAPTER 4 : COST AND RESEARCH SCHEDULE 4.1 Budget Costs The budget justification is arranged in detail and attached in accordance with the format. While the budget summary summary is prepared in accordance with the format with the following components.
