We bring experience in vision solution development, laser cutting, laser brazing, mig welding all body in white applications as well as many power train and plastic applications. Our team of programmers are software developers capable of programming almost any robot right out of the crate. Diverse has developed several vision guidance demo cells for automation shows in Chicago and Las Vegas. They have also written the standards for several manufactures and applications. 20 Mitsubishi Electric Mitsubishi 3 servo drive package controls 14 index for platen control and indexing control for bag loading and shingling bags after printing Mitsubishi Hub collects data from PLC s on the factory floor and transfers data to central server in IT room for FDA compliance and batch data control The Hub continues to collect data when your server is down for up to 1 year Data can be collected from 15 or more PLC s of different brands through one Hub
