3 Introduction Regional and international integration has been an ambition of the Moroccan port community's roadmap for several years. The goal is to streamline port and foreign trade process shared between public and private stakeholders in the logistics chain. The development of the National Single Window of Foreign Trade in Morocco since 2011 Is an important asset to achieve this goal, which aims among other things at mutual recognition of formalities for export and import with the countries of the region and beyond.

4 Introduction In this context, the Moroccan port community has undertaken jointly with the European Union a cooperation approach within the framework of the FAST TRADE LANE CORRIDOR which testifies the will of all parties to contribute to the improvement of the Business competitiveness in the region, while guaranteeing the security of exchanges at all levels.

9 Digital SWT contributes to the sustainable development The dematerialization approach allows to save the equivalent of the annual consumption of 7,735 households in terms of fresh water, 42,053 households in terms of electricity and 15,727 households in terms of waste. This approach has also saved 800,000 trees per year (the size of the Grunewald forest in Germany), saving the equivalent of the annual fuel consumption of 17,000 cars.
