Ensure all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained IAW Air Force Manual (AFMAN) , Management of Records, and disposed of IAW the Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS). Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility using the AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF Forms 847 from the field through the appropriate functional chain of command (Added) Group/staff-level publications and forms managers will subscribe to receive automatic notifications for new, revised, obsolete, or rescinded departmental Air Force (AF), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), and Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) instructions, manuals, pamphlets and supplements, and AF, AFMC, AFSC, and HAFB forms their personnel require status notifications for. Note: Geographically separated units (GSU) will subscribe to receive automatic notification for new, revised, obsolete, or rescinded instructions, manuals, pamphlets, supplements, and forms published by their host installation instead of Hill AFB publications and forms. Instructions on how to subscribe are in Attachment 2, How to Subscribe to Publications and Forms.

2 2 AFI33-360_OO-ALCSUP 9 FEBRUARY (Added) Group/staff-level publications/forms managers will obtain from squadrons/staff offices their listing of all AF E-Publications-listed departmental AF, AFMC, AFSC, and HAFB-level publications and forms they require change notifications on. Note: GSUs will obtain a list of their host installation-level publications and forms instead of Hill AFB publications and forms (Added) Once a quarter, by calendar year, the group/staff-level publications and forms managers will suspense squadron/staff offices to review and update their requirements listing (Added) For departmental AF, AFMC, AFSC, and HAFB publications/forms that cannot be subscribed to, the group/staff-level publications managers will review bi-weekly AF Product Announcements located on the AF E-Publications site ( for updates to the required publications/forms and notify supervisors of any updates to them. Note: GSUs will review biweekly AF Product Announcements for their host installation instead of Hill AFB products. Instructions on how to view the product announcements are in Attachment 3, How to View Product Announcements. Add product announcements to your office file plan using table and rule T33-37 R07.00, Publications Bulletins and Product Announcements, of the AFRIMS RDS and file them accordingly (Added) When change notifications are received or when a required, unsubscribed publication/form is listed on an AF Product Announcement, group/staff-level publications/forms managers will notify supervisors, (those who identified that they need the notification), of their required product notification by or other group method utilized for notifications (Added) Group/staff-level publications managers will include on the notification, a suspense to supervisors to respond within 7 business days when they have briefed assigned personnel, who need to know, of the change. The notification will include the summary of changes provided by the group/staff-level publications manager and the direct link to the publication (Added) Group/staff level publications managers will file the supervisor s response under Publications/Forms Requisitions and Requirements, Publications and Non- Accountable Forms Distribution Status, of the office file plan. The disposition falls under table and rule T33-37, R01.00, of the AFRIMS RDS The OO-ALC Safety office (OO-ALC/SE) will also notify applicable personnel of any safety updates to safety publications. The OO-ALC Publications and Forms Manager will notify the OO-ALC/SE of changes to publications/forms identified on the requirements list provided quarterly by OO-ALC/SE LINDA K.
