1 Shipping instructions and tariff 2018 We are pleased to advise that Hermes Exhibitions & Projects is logistics contractor for Codhy Israel We are a complete door-to-door service company. Kindly review the following updated information regarding the services and guidance we provide for dispatching shipments to this event. Onsite Handling Due to security considerations as well as insurance and organizer policies, Hermes is the exclusive handler inside the venue. Failure to comply with the forwarding regulations is likely to cause delays and additional expenses. Air freight shipments All shipments must be sent on a prepaid basis to: Consignee Hermes Exhibition & Projects Ha'ayalon 12 Lod Tel C/O: Exhibitor name and booth number For: Exhibition name Shipments not addressed to Hermes are subject to outlay expenses. Cargo Deadlines Airfreight Feb 12, 2018 please send documents 7 days prior to sending the goods Late arrival surcharges of 35% will incur for cargo arriving after the deadline. We can not guarantee delivery on time for late arrival shipments. Exhibition Documents We highly recommend using an ATA Carnet for goods under Temporary importation. Temporary import under Proforma invoice is subject to Bond fee 1.70% from CIF value, minimum

3 Issue temporary importation - Shipments under temporary importation Proforma invoice must be sent minimum of 7 working days in advance of the cargo s arrival. Do not send goods prior to Hermes confirmation. USA goods are subject to Certificate of Origin. European goods are subject to Eur-1. Combined shipments should be covered with: House (awb B/L) for each of the categories: ATA Carnet/ Temporary importation/final importation. Communication equipment, medical equipment, computers or other electronic equipment and textiles require an import license. Receiving an import license can take 2-3 weeks. Do not ship the following!!! Tobacco, food & beverages, drugs Shipping Information and Pre-advice The following documents must be sent to Hermes at least 7 working days prior to the goods arrival to Israel. Hermes will not be responsible for any consequences or delays resulting from the late supply of the required documents. Copy of the B/L or AWB Invoice / ATA Carnet - A detailed and accurate description of the items, serial numbers must be declared on the list, HS Code. Packing list - Number of packages, Dimensions & weight Shipping details Courier Shipments Only customs cleared goods will be accepted from the courier companies. Courier companies should contact Hermes prior to the delivery of goods. Telephone:

4 Delivery to warehouse Please make courier Terms the advance only sure to send you shipment under DDP Brochures and Give-aways For brochures, catalogues, and giveaway items, duty and taxes will be payable. Dangerous Goods Exhibitors need to send us a special form for dangerous goods. These forms will be provided upon request. The completed forms should reach us before shipment is dispatched. There will be surcharge of 100% for handling such exhibits. Insurance As the official tariff is compiled on a volume or weight basis and has no correlation to the value of exhibits, naturally no insurance is provided in our charges and all work is undertaken by us at the owner s risk. Therefore, exhibitors should arrange a proper roundtrip, all risk insurance policy for their exhibits. Hand-carry We do not recommend that you hand-carry exhibits into Israel. However, if you cannot avoid using this method and your materials are detained by customs, please hand over the detention receipt and list of exhibits to the Hermes representative and we will arrange the collection of your goods from the airport. Exhibitors arriving late with hand-carried exhibits must be aware that the customs formalities and pick-up procedures may take one to two days. If customs at the airport allows exhibitors to take the hand-carried items to the exhibition center, exhibitors should register the exhibits with a Hermes representative. Without proper registration, exhibitors will have problems taking their exhibits out of Israel after the show. Packing Do not mix goods under Temporary Importation/ATA Carnet/Definitive Import. The Case The case must be strong enough to avoid damage during transportation as well as unpacking and, in particular, be suitable for repacking. Packing in cartons is not considered suitable for repeated handling, especially for valuable or delicate equipment. All packages must be fumigated (wooden crates/ pallets).
