14 Services Offered 3rd Party Product inspection: We have 4 QA / QC inspectors dedicated for shipment inspection. No shipment leaves the factory without inspection. We do part and full (100%) inspection depending on the need and instructions from our buyer. Shipment Consolidation: We work closely with freight forwarding companies and vendors for Shipment Consolidation. On an average we club 4 5 shipments in a container. At times we have also clubbed goods from up to 8 vendors in one shipment. This gives lot of flexibility to the buyer as they do not have to stock goods in their warehouse. Merchandising Services: We bridge the communication gap between the vendor and the buyer. The buyer does not need to interact with several vendors. Buyer interacts with us only and we communicate the message to all the vendors. We work 24x7x365. This helps eliminating delays in art-work and shipping marks approval etc. New Product Development: With average employee experience of over 10 years in the trade, we better understand buyer s requirements and market needs. Therefore we help / assist the buyer in developing new products suitable for their market. We have modified / reengineered several products to fit in buyer s price point without changing their look and feel. Product Packaging: We work on optimum packaging solutions so that there is no excess usage by the vendor and also the buyer can dispose off the packaging material easily. Page 14
