The client required an understanding of this changing environment in order to inform their strategy, ensure their continued growth and place them in a strong competitive position for the next 10 years. This understanding came down to 4 questions which needed answering: What is the nature and location of the well of the future? What type of equipment and technologies will be used by operators to develop these wells? What will our client do to adjust to these changing market conditions? Leading to: What should our client do today to ensure the successful navigation of this changing market out to 2025? The team worked closely with weekly team meetings and biweekly meetings with the client, providing progress updates over the course of 6 months.
