1 Room booking Cap tain provides an innovative room booking system. The user can check the room availability based on several criteria. Cap tain combines the availability of room and its equipment with meeting participants Inviting participants I can easily add participants typing the first letters of their address. The system will automatically look up in my contact details and propose, weither internal or external to the company. It is also possible to define groups and save them for future use. Capacity setting As an independant criteria, I can add the capacity requirement for my meeting room to match the number of participants. Meeting time slot I set the time slot for my meeting from a simple starting point. The finder will automatically propose options from this starting date and for the next days. Adding selection criteria I can select additional criteria : specific equipements I confirm my selection Participants are notified through , the meeting room is booked in the system (MS Exchange or other comptabile systems)

2 Room finder Room availability and Point of Interests can be visualized at a glance with intuitive colors on a mobile view of the floormap within the app and thanks to the presence detection sensors deployed in meeting room. Live view As you open the floormap view, available rooms will automatically show up in green color. These are open for reservation. Booking on-the-go If I select a room, I can view the entire booking schedule for the day. I see a 1 hour slot available? Let s book, I can proceed immediately through one click! Status change The room is now booked, its color code will swap to red, and it becomes unavailable at the same time in the system (Exchange). I can safely work inside.

3 Publishing events Capt ain offers an event creation tab for all the application users. This feature is intended to create a community within the teams and consequently to improve work environment. Event creation and proposal I create an event for an internal or external gathering, around sport, cultural topic or any other social activity. The event is shared across Capt ain app users through the list of already published events. It appears chronologically and will disappear once completed. Setting date and location I provide details for the event through the assistant: location, time, meeting point, and any specific need like equipments Validating event attendance Participants to the even will validate their attendance so the event can be arranged adequately.

4 Reporting incidents / risks / dysfunction This feature aims at submitting a quick dysfunction or an issue within the building through the app. The facility manager will be notified as soon as the mobile app users has submitted the ticket from his smartphone Submitting an incident I realize something is wrong in the meeting room with an equipment, or a risk appears. I decide to request support : the app provides a choice list and proposes to locate the issue to be reported. This can be done through QR code, or indoor location. Providing incident details I can add any relevant details to the incident such as a photo, the category of issue through a predefined list of possible cases. This will speed up the maintenance flow. Tracking The user who submitted the incident receives a confirmation as soon as the maintenance operation is taken into account for a fix.

5 Restaurant services Cap tain integrates restaurant services such as the corporate ones available onsite and the nearby external restaurants around. The app is used to access available information or specific booking services. Queue status & menu I check the status of the queue at the restaurant live. I quickly identify the amount of people waiting for lunch. I can access the restaurant menu at the same time. Map I can also look at a map to locate the closest alternative restaurants around the building. Balance management I prefer to stay and have lunch onsite in the cafeteria? I can check and ensure my balance is credited to use my badge and pay when I go.

6 Transports time tables Capt ain provides a dynamic view of the local transport timetables. A carpooling tab is also available to bridge with external services dedicated to transport sharing between colleagues. My favorite transports I select my favorite transports to be displayed on the transport tab, at a glance. I can thus see the next departures from my train/bus time tables. Maps I can also access the map for transports with stations and lines. Carpool A dedicated tab has been added to bridge with the local carpool services. I thus centralize my requests and exchanges between colleagues from Captain!

7 QR code Thanks to the physical QR Codes deployed in the building, the employees will get an access to several services by a simple flash. The room planning will be displayed in the app and the occupants employees can make a quick reservation if the room is available. Flash/photo capture A QR Code is proposed in the room I am currently in? I can check the available services this gives me through the QR code tab in Capt ain and by scanning it directly. Booking on-the-go The app is proposing me to book the room where i m sitting now, it also tells me for how long I can book it until the next reservation. Incident reporting Capt ain asks me if I want to report a dysfunction, a risk or an issue. I can quickly fill in the details (label, notes, photo) and submit.

8 Communication broadcast Editing information As a communication manager, I can edit text, select a category, a date for validity, or also an external communication services to be retreived (from fitness, restauration ). Important information can be tagged for notification to Capt ain users Subscription As a Capt ain app user, I can subscribe to live news which are of interest to me Visualization / notifications A rolling tab on the home screen keeps updating me with the news, I just have to click on it to get the details. I can also access the dedicated tab to see my prefered communication updates.

9 New employee guide The app assists new hires in their venue through a dedicated and funny site discovery tour. It highlights the collaborative approach. Personal dashboard I just received my contract, or confirmation of my move within the company. I download the app which gives me practical information to prepare my venue : contact points, procedures, documents When I arrive, I then acces all services. I am invited to visit the different floors and services portfolio. The app gives me the Point of Interests as I m moving, including augmented reality steps. My personal dashboard is enhanced and enriched along the way. Virtual arts & collaboration I just received a notification : a colleague of mine just dropped a virtual object somewhere in the building. I m looking for it, the app helps me find my way and it puts me in contact with the right person. Through augmented reality I can see the object. I want to participate to this living virtual art initiative and I add one element. Let s make the best out o fit! Search engine At any time, a search engine allows me to get information from the app itself. I can find specific elements which I did not even notice before

10 Loading floor maps As a real estate manager with specific access rights, I can use Cap tain Back office portal to load new floor maps of the building and to customize them so that they become visible in the app. Loading a DWF map Via the back office portal, I load floor map under the standard format DXF Adjusting the map The tool lets me adjust the building floor map and add geomapping points. Simplifying the map I can decide to keep only the elements on the map that are relevant to the app user, and I can crop some parts or select specific elements. Assign styles to elements I define styles (color, background, transparence ) to be applied to the different elements of the map for better visibility in the app Validating my selection The floor map is assigned to the building once validated. This will let me set the Points of interest for later use.

11 Creating points of interest On each floormap in the building, I can create and localize a number of points of interest (meeting rooms, toilets, breakout spaces ). These will then be seen easily by the app users. Creating a POI After I create a name for my point of interest (POI), I can associate a type (meeting room, lift, toilets, etc ) and a floor. Mapping a POI I define the POI location over the map. It will then be easily accessible througha specific icone, associated to its type. Assigning equipments I then assign equipments to the POI according to its type. As an exemple, I can assign a phone or a display for meeting rooms, etc Attributes setting I can also assign attributes to the POI according to its type, such as : capacity, access types etc Validating a POI creation Once created, the POI will be seen by the mobile app users on the floor map of the building which it corresponds to.

12 Data analytics & KPI Capt ain brings data analytics and KPI tracking to real estate managers to better monitor and control the building along the way Maintenance of sensors This sections provides real estate managers a view of the sensor assets deployed in the building. It monitors the living sensors with their ID, activity status and location. Indicators will trigger the need for maintenance operation (inactivity of the sensor) Confort data A dashboard consolidates the confort data per period and status, such as temperate per meeting room accross time, light level within the building. Usage analytics Other dashboard will monitor occupancy over time per meeting room type. This brings a capability for real estate agents to acces information relevant for space optimization.
