Go to Youngliving.com and select your Country and Language if prompted to. 2. Click on Virtual Office (located in the upper right-hand corner of the page). 3. Enter your YL Member Number /Username and Password and then click Log In. 4. You are now in your Virtual Office! To place a regular product order (and not an essential rewards order) click the quick order button on the left-hand side of the screen. 5. Begin browsing the products or, if you know the product you need, type it into the search box. 6. Enter the quantity of the item you want and then click Add Product. 7. You can continue shopping and adding more products to your order. Once you are done scroll to the bottom of the page and click Continue. 8. Verify that the shipping address on the left column is correct. Click the pencil to edit if needed. 9. Choose your shipping method from the drop down menu and then click Next Step. 10. Select your payment method. If you have a credit on your account or essential reward points you would like to redeem you can do it during this step by clicking on those headings. When you are finished click Next Step. 11. Verifying that all of the selections on the screen are correct and then click Place Order. Ordering Via Phone: 1. Look through the catalog to determine what products you would like to order 2. Call Young Living at They will need your Member Number and Pin Number to help you place an order Ordering on Live Chat: Go to Youngliving.com 1. Select your Country and Language if prompted to. 2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Web: Contact Us 3. Scroll down to Member Services and under Live Chat Support select Live Help for the appropriate language 4. Enter your name and selection your region US/Canada or International and then in the bottom right hand corned select Start Chart 5. They will need your Member Number and Pin Number to assist you 6. Select the shipping address and speed on the left hand side and then click Next Step 7. Add a payment method for your monthly orders and then click on Confirm My Payment Option. 8. You should then see a screen that says your order successfully saved. 9. You can change your monthly order up until the day it processes by clicking on the essential reward tab and changing what is in your cart. You must then follow all the prompts above until you get to the screen that says your order has saved successfully or it will not save your changes!
