Final 50% of the total sponsorship fee must be received by May 31, After May 31, 2019, all sponsorship applications must be accompanied with full payment. All logos and images to be reproduced must be submitted, in proper form, to SMI for use as expo planning and development continues. Within the 20-day application approval by SMI. Technical Symposia Coffee Breaks Sponsoring a Technical Symposia Coffee Break is an excellent extension to your exhibit and onsite marketing efforts. Each coffee and/or beverage station outside of the session rooms will be accompanied by signage with your company name and logo for maximized delegate exposure.
