While that may convey a hint of jealously on their part, you are too busy planning your next trip to notice. Vacation planning takes time, effort and often long lead time to get school and work schedules lined up. It s a lot of work. As your trusted vacation exchange provider, we strive to ensure you have a variety of places and dates from which to choose, so that you can continue to create memorable experiences for you and your loved ones. We re here to work with you every step of the way and we re always thinking of ways to give you more opportunities to travel. Sometimes the best vacations happen with little planning and advance notice (remember back when your parents must have realized they had a free weekend and they loaded you and your sister into the station wagon to drive to the beach for a couple of days?). If you have that same spontaneity gene then we have a great opportunity for you. We call it Last CallSM Getaways and it means exactly what it says. Keep reading though, as this edition of The Registry Insider takes you on an armchair visit to the charming Cotswold section of England, less than two hours west of London to be precise, to our affiliate Lower Mill Estate. This is one of my favorite places to vacation. Along with its beautiful indoor/outdoor pool and magnificent estate grounds, I really enjoy visiting the many nearby village pubs and restaurants. We also are featuring our newest Collection Partner, Priority Pass. This is a fantastic benefit for our many members who travel by air frequently. This airport lounge program is in almost every major city and provides a welcome haven of calm when traveling. Q&A s Q: Whenever I call a Reservation Consultant to reserve a property, the property I want is not available for the date I want. How do I go about getting the vacation that I want? A: Many of confirmations made through The Registry Collection program are fulfilled through the wait list feature. During the process of booking limited-inventory properties during high-season weeks, The Registry Collection program wait list allows you to request your preferred property and time frame that you need. As soon as a week matching your request criteria is deposited, we will contact you and let you know. Our wait lists are satisfied basead on a first come, first served basis and can be requested up to a year in advance. Before you confirm an available vacation, you have 24 to 48 hours to discuss the hold with your traveling party. 5

6 Tips From Our Reservation Consultants Often, members depositing their week wait until approximately 90 days before their vacation start date to contact a Reservation Consultant. Did you know that you can deposit your weeks anywhere between 90 days and 1 year in advance? Depositing early is the smart way to maximize your vacation choices. The earlier you deposit, the more inventory The Registry Collection program will have to offer! For example, if you are waitlisted for a particular property, as soon as the inventory that you want is deposited by another member it will match to your account before hitting open inventory! A Reservation Consultant will and call you to let you know what is on hold, and you will have 48 hours to decide to take or release the vacation being held for you. Remember, The Registry Collection program works because members deposit. The more inventory we have, the more members we are sending on vacation! Katie K.
