The bundle includes the items listed below: Potentiostat/Galvanostat System Software License (Basic Methods, Rotating Methods, Corrosion Methods) Modulated Speed Rotator (MSR) with CE Mark (100 to 240 VAC; +/-10%, 50/60 Hz; 2 Amps) Cable Kit (connects to MSR rotator) Cell Cable (for Potentiostat/Galvanostat) RCE Cell (1L, with water jacket & drain valve) Corrosion Cell Counter Electrode (graphite, fritted tube included) MSR Shaft for 15-mm OD Rotating Cylinder Electrodes (PEEK shroud) Bearing Assembly (shafts to 24/25 joint) Corrosion Cell Luggin Tube (24/25 inner x 14/20 outer bushing, 19mm OD tube, 1 mm tip) Corrosion Cell Dual Gas Inlet with Fine Frit Power Cord (Continental Europe)(C13 connection, 10 A, 2.5 meters long) 1

The answer to the call for service should take place within no more than 3 working days. Łukasiewicza Kraków POLAND Together with the delivery must be provided: Handbook or manual system, catalogs and brochures producer may be in English or Polish. 2. How to make the offer (Annex no.1) The offer must contain: the name and address of Contractor, the price of the offer. The price of the offer must be given in the Polish currency (PLN) net/gross, providing the amount in words and in figures to an accuracy to two decimal places. The prices may also be given in a foreign currency: EURO/USD. If, by permission of the Ordering Party, the price of the offer is given in EURO/USD, the Ordering Party, in order to compare the prices, will convert the price into the Polish currency according to the EURO/USD average exchange rate published by the National Bank of Poland on the day preceding the date of opening the offers in this procedure. 2

3 When the offer is submitted by Contractor who is a foreign entity which is not subject to tax duty in the territory of the Republic of Poland, the Contractor is obliged to provide such information together with the price offered. A foreign Contractor provides only the net price of the offer. The Ordering Party, in order to compare the prices, will add the VAT to the offer price. In order to confirm that offered deliveries will satisfy the requirements described by the Ordering Party: detailed technical description. The offer must be made in writing, in Polish or English, in the form ensuring full clarity of the text. The offer must be signed by a person authorized to represent the firm outside and to incur liabilities corresponding with the price of the offer. All the places in which the Contractor has made changes should be initialed by the person signing the offer. 3. Criteria for offer evaluation When selecting the best offer, the Orderer will be guided by the following criteria: the offer gross price (C) 100% minimal price C = x 100 price provided in the offer The offer with the lowest price will be considered as the best offer. 4. Required date of delivery: 4-8 weeks from order date 5. The period of time the offer is binding: 30 days. The period starts from the deadline for offer submission. Foreign Contractor provides only the net price of the offer. The Ordering Party, in order to make comparison of the prices possible, shall include the VAT in the offer price. The offer price should include all the costs related to execution of the order e.g. cost of manufacture, transport include in the offered price all potential discounts, travelling expenses, transportation, unloading, customs duty and taxes. The price of the offer should also include all other costs, not listed in the form but necessary in Contractor`s opinion, related to execution of the delivery.
