6 Delivery timeframes may be a factor in making the award. The Virginia Lottery reserves the right to conduct any test it may deem advisable and to make all evaluations. The Lottery also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the Virginia Lottery to be in its best interest. Delivery Date: The Lottery desires delivery of the electronic products to be made to Lottery Headquarters in Richmond, VA. Bidder shall state their firm delivery date that all electronic products shall be delivered to Lottery Headquarters:. Delivery Terms: Delivery shall be FOB Destination with shipping costs included in the unit price. Contractor shall be responsible for all pick-ups, deliveries, and the return of all materials and any associated costs. General Terms and Conditions: Any vendor obtaining an award as a result of this Request must adhere to the Virginia Lottery s General Terms and Conditions (GT&C). General Terms and Conditions are in addition to any terms and conditions listed herein. If there is a conflict between the terms and conditions listed herein and the GT&C, the terms and conditions listed herein shall prevail.
