Call Centre The Call Centre capability enables you to view your customers details and order history, place an order on their behalf, add notes against the order and investigate problematic orders. For customers not using our Enterprise Order Management solution, Call Centre can also be used to issue refunds or customer credits (users with the correct role-based permissions). Searchandising The Searchandising tool within enables you to easily order the category Product Listings Page results by defining an algorithm based on a wide range of criteria, such as freshness, sales, stock and margin. You can also manually sort the results order for as many or as few products as you wish by using the drag and drop feature. Data Protection Toolkit Digital Commerce makes it easy to manage personal data, so you can keep up with ever-changing data security standards. Our solution lets you: Mark specific customer data fields as sensitive so that only system administrators with the correct role-based permissions can view or edit Run reports for PII data counts and aged data Purge the personal data of an aged customer or on the customer s request verification capabilities are also available.

Individual units at the line item level can be flagged as shipped manually, via the Retail Suite OMS update or via integration to a third-party system. Promotions offers an extensive and flexible promotion engine. With 12 promotion types that can be configured to function with numerous triggers and targets out of the box, you can rest assured that the promotion you want to offer your customers can be accommodated. Dynamic Image Resizing To better support mobile first, our solution can support dynamic image resizing. Instead of processing and resizing images into all necessary sizes upon upload, processes images on the fly. This approach has several advantages, including increased agility, reduced storage costs and resilience to failure. Scalability, Availability and Security Our sites are extensively load tested for maximum performance and throughput to expose all potential bottlenecks. Hosting is in a certified Amazon Web Services Well-Architected environment for maximum availability and security.
