3 EVENT-IN-A-BOX IS MODULAR: YOU TAKE WHAT YOU NEED A workshop is not a conference and a breakfast session is not a vendor training day. Each event requires different tools. That s why Event-in-a-box lets you choose exactly the ones you need. We can, for example, manage the whole registration process for you. We can prepare your s with images suitable for uploading to social media. Making sure the look and feel is in line with your corporate identity or that of your partner organization. We can have badges and roll-up banners made. Manage the logistics for giveaways and goodie bags. Select and hire a great venue. Provide onsite support. Whatever you need we can do it for you. After the event we can do the follow-up, with a glad you came or sorry you couldn t make it . And, finally, we can put a photo gallery online, send out a survey and make downloadable presentations available. Or do anything else that needs doing. But you can also do some of this yourself, and then you pay less it s up to you. After the event, participants can complete an evaluation form, view photos and download presentations on the website. 500,00 SELECTING AND HIRING THE VENUE Our event manager proposes a number of locations and then hires the venue, catering and AV equipment. If necessary, we manage the logistics for giveaways and goodies, and production of any roll-up banners (not included in this price). 750,00 SUPPORT DURING THE EVENT The event manager is onsite, representing you as they work with the venue staff: making sure the event space is set up properly, testing any equipment and supervising the catering arrangements. This obviously includes welcoming the delegates and giving them their badges. And after the event, clearing up and packing up and, if necessary, arranging a courier to bring back the event material. 650,00 - Half day (6 hours) 950,00 - Whole day (10 hours)
