2 To all Suppliers: Your customers aim to improve the quality of supplier master data in order to enhance their business process relationship with you. Correct supplier contact information (e.g. Product Safety Expert) as well as company information are necessary e.g. in order to ensure the correct routing of official information. Supplier certification is also of great importance and defines a minimum requirement that is expected by you to be entitled to conduct business with your customers. Those requirements require continuous maintenance. Suppliers are requested to provide their basic master data, contact information and certificates such as IATF in order to allow identification of all suppliers, which are able to meet the customers requirements. SupplyOn is the platform of choice to conduct surveys regarding supplier basic qualification including product safety information requirements and certificates. 3 Supplier Survey All in all there are 9 Surveys in the course of the Ongoing Service that you need to respond to. The entries need to be kept up to date! The surveys can be found in SupplyOn Business Directory in the tab my requests. Please be aware of the status Active to answer the relevant surveys. The certificates are queried separately. 6 Step 1 Access Surveys 3 Login with your existing user ID and password to obtain access data for the survey. If you don t know your account details please contact our customer support SupplyOn AG Public 6

7 Step 1 Access Surveys 4 If you cannot find the link to the survey, follow the steps below to access the survey (1) Log in at (2) Go to "SupplyOn Services (3) Click on "Business Directory (4) Go to "My Request (5) Search for the relevant survey "Supplier basis qualification and product safety information requirements" or "Certificate ****" (e.g. "Certificate ISO 9001") (6) Access the survey and send your response 2018 SupplyOn AG Public 7

8 Step 2 Change company data if needed 1 Open the questionnaire, scroll down until you see the heading Change Company Data. Change it if needed. Be aware that you need the role Company Admin to change the company data SupplyOn AG Public 8

9 Step 3 Complete Questionnaires 1 Scroll down until you see the heading Contact Persons. Here you have an overview of all Contact Persons. Please ensure to fill where appropriate. 1 By the way, every Business Directory user can change the contact persons SupplyOn AG Public 9

11 Step 3 Complete Questionnaires 4 If the contact is already known in SupplyOn, the result will be displayed and you can use the existing contact data. In case the contact person is not yet existing, please enter the data SupplyOn AG Public 11

12 Step 3 Complete Questionnaires 5 Ensure to fill the contact person for Product Safety. If you have a product safety expert 6 will become mandatory., the contact details SupplyOn AG Public 12

13 Step 3 Complete Questionnaires 7 Please provide information about some key figures regarding your company, such as number of employees and financial KPI s. This information is required in the context of your customers risk management. It is not about certain regulatory limits, but about the knowledge of the key figures SupplyOn AG Public 13

14 Step 3 Complete Questionnaires 8 Certificates are an important part of this survey and your customers requirement to conduct business with you. The certificates are controlled through separate surveys. In each certificate survey you need to provide the availability 8 There are 8 certificate surveys (starting in October 2018 there will be seven surveys) ISO9001, ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, IRIS For each certificate survey in status Active you need to enter the availability separately SupplyOn AG Public 14

15 Step 3 Complete Questionnaires 9 Ensure to fill all mandatory fields for EACH certificate.the better and more up-to-date the provided information is, the less effort you and your customers have afterwards SupplyOn AG Public 15

16 Step 4 Respond to Survey 1 Save as draft (and respond later) or 2 respond to survey or 3 decline survey Please ensure to click on send response when you have finished the survey. Even if you have done so, you can still re-enter the survey and update the content by clicking on Add/Change response. Already sent answers of the surveys can be changed and send again at any time especially certificate related data SupplyOn AG Public 16
