3 New installation and registration After download, click INSTALL to proceed Click OPEN after installation is completed Click ALLOW Click ALLOW

4 New installation and registration Go through the introduction screens and click Try Now to proceed Click Let s Get Started to begin

5 New installation and registration If you have an existing screen lock, click NEXT to proceed. Else, setup your screen lock in your phone settings. Click Accept if agreeable to the Terms & Conditions Enter your Mobile Number, Address and Verification Code. Click NEXT to proceed

6 New installation and registration Enter the OTP after you received in your SMS Click Add cards to proceed Select your Issuing bank, Nationality, ID Type and Enter your ID number and Last 4 digits of your Bank Card. Click Next *For OCBC card provisioning, enter OCBC Card expiry date

7 New installation and registration Enter your ATM Pin and click Send. *For OCBC card provisioning, this step is not required. Enter the OTP received from your issuing bank via your SMS Bank Card successfully provisioned. You will receive an SMS from your issuing bank after the card has been successfully added.

8 Upgrade from R1.0 Click INSTALL to proceed Installation will begin Click OPEN after installation is completed

9 Upgrade from R1.0 If you have an existing screen lock already, click NEXT to proceed. Else, setup your screen lock in your phone settings. Click Accept if agreeable to the Terms & Conditions Enter your Mobile Number, Address and Verification Code. Click NEXT to proceed

10 Upgrade from R1.0 Enter the OTP after you received in your SMS You previous provisioned Bank card will remain. Prepaid wallet will appear.

11 Digitizing a New Bank Card Click Add New Card Select your Issuing bank, Nationality, ID Type and Enter your ID number and Last 4 digits of your bank Card. Click Next. *For OCBC card provisioning, enter OCBC Card expiry date Enter your ATM Pin and click Send. *For OCBC card provisioning, this step is not required.

12 Digitizing a New Bank Card Enter the OTP received from your issuing bank via your SMS Bank Card successfully provisioned. You will receive an SMS from your issuing bank after the card has been successfully added.

13 Top-Up Wallet To top-up your wallet with your provisioned bank card, Click Top- Up Enters amount to top- Up and click NEXT Top-up To Wallet Successful!

14 Sending Money From Home Screen, click Transfer Click Send Money Adds Payee and click Next

15 Sending Money Enters Amount and click TRANSFER Money Successfully Sent to Recipient

16 Receiving Money From Home Screen, click Transfer Click Receive Money Enters Amount to Receive and click GENERATE CODE QR code generated. Let Payer scan the QR code to effect the transfer.

17 Receiving Money Click Scan on NETSPay Home Screen. Scan Payee s QR code Click Transfer Money Successfully Transferred to Payee

18 Sending Ang Bao From Home Screen, click Transfer Click Ang Bao Adds Recipient, Amount and Customised Message and Selects SEND ANG BAO Click Confirm Ang Bao will be refunded if not claim within 24 hrs.

19 Receiving Ang Bao Ang Bao received notifcation Click on the Ang Bao Ang Bao credited to your wallet

20 Set payment default card A blue tick indicates the current default card. Click on the card you want to set as default Click on Card Details Select Set as default card This card will be the default card for payment

21 QR payment - User present mode From Home Screen, Click My QR Merchant Enters Amount on Terminal and Scans your mobile QR Code for Payment Transaction Approved

22 QR payment - Merchant present mode From Home Screen, selects Scan Scan QR Code for Payment. For Static QR, you will be required to enter amount payable Enters Amount and click CONFIRM PAYMENT (This step not applicable to dynamic QR) Transaction Approved

23 Contactless payment Ensure NETSPay is set to default NFC Payment app on phone Unlock phone and tap phone on terminal. Ensure NFC setting is enabled on phone Transaction Approved Notification received

24 Transaction History Digitized bank card Click on the bank card Click on Transactions Recent transactions will be displayed on the screen Click on a transaction for more detail

25 Transaction History Wallet Click on the Wallet Click on Transactions Recent transactions will be displayed on the screen Click on a transaction for more detail

26 Configuration and setting Auto logout From Home Screen, Click Me on the bottom right menu bar Click Security Settings Enter a numerical value between 1 to 99 and Click DONE. The value (in mins) will determine the time NETSPay will auto log out.

27 Configuration and setting Set nickname From Home Screen, Click Me on the bottom right menu bar Click on the pencil icon on the top right corner to set your preferred Nickname Enter your preferred Nickname and Click DONE

28 Configuration and setting Add photos Click on the circle icon on the top left corner to set your Photo Using existing image from your mobile by clicking Choose from photos or take an instant picture by clicking Take a photo.

29 Configuration and setting Version From Home Screen, click Me on the bottom right menu bar Click About NETSPay The version number is displayed on top To learn how to use NETSPay, Click How to use NETSPay menu.
