2 Page 2 of 16 Introduced at the Nuremberg Toy Fair 2006 was the 1/35 scale hand model/prototype of the DORA Railway Gun from a manufacturer in Hong Kong going to be distributed by a German company to the retail stores in Germany. To make this huge kit become real and get into production a minimum of 2000 ea. need to be produced. This is the no. of preorders the distributor likes to get from the retail stores to minimize financial risk. This seems to be achieved. After a phone call with the manufacturer they confirmed the molds are being worked on that the time schedule for release in November is on track! Also, we will produce an aluminum turned barrel for the DORA once we got the test shot to take measurements. No price yet determined for the barrel. The manufacturer does OEM-production for other better known manufacturers and expect at least average quality, if not TOP. I have seen their Yamato in 1/144 scale which is of superb details. Where will this kit be available? We do not know all of the channels of the German distributor,
