2 Welcome to the CASH NextGen Experience An interactive, educational space in the CASH Annual Conference Exhibit Hall, which offers school facility practitioners a new way to explore innovative learning spaces right on the trade show floor. NextGen Experience is a hands-on simulated learning space designed to provide relevant content around the latest innovations in the interior of the classroom and exterior learning spaces. NextGen Experience showcases innovation in several areas including; architecture, flooring, technology, movable walls, furniture, lighting, acoustics, outdoor learning spaces, and more. NextGen Experience offers attendees the chance to try out new products and services in small group presentations that may be utilized in their future classroom designs and connect with industry experts in this field. NextGen Experience is a unique endeavor for CASH and is a cutting-edge way to bring additional attendees to the trade show floor. CASH is now accepting applications for NextGen Experience Industry Partners. Industry Partner participation in the NextGen Experience is by invitation only. 3 CASH 40 th Annual Conference Sacramento Convention Center February 25-27, 2019 Exhibit Hall Schedule Monday, February 25 5:30 p.m. 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 26 10:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m. (closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m.) The NextGen Experience is open during these times. Industry Partner products and services will be on display for the duration of the Trade Show. NextGen Experience outcomes include, but are not limited to: Learn more about innovations in products, technology and interior classroom design Evaluate new products and services and how they improve student achievement Envision future ideas Your Product or Service at Work NextGen Experience is more than booth space and product display providing a different way to engage with decision-makers. It is an opportunity to have your products showcased in a real-world classroom space to demonstrate how your innovations fit within the learning environment. As a NextGen Experience Industry Partner, you will establish a connection with school facility practitioners in an interactive educational setting to engage in meaningful dialogue about the future of K-12 learning environments. In this NextGen learning space, attendees will experience a classroom from a student s perspective. To provide your product or service in this space, please indicate on your application. Who Should Participate? NextGen Experience Industry Partners will provide products or services in the following areas, but not limited to: Architecture Flooring Technology Movable walls Furniture Lighting Acoustics Outdoor equipment, fields and tracks Branding Opportunities NextGen Experience will present Industry Partners with various branding opportunities pre-event, onsite, and post-event. Floor decals will be provided listing all of the Industry Partners of the NextGen Experience to help lead attendees to the model classroom. Your company will be listed in the onsite program, scrolling general session presentations, and in the follow-up article about the conference which is distributed to over 3,000 individuals. Participating in the Trade Show? By participating in both the trade show and the Next- Gen Experience you can receive substantial discounts. This year CASH has reserved trade show booths directly across from the NextGen Experience showcase to make it convenient for you to do business. If you are already registered for the trade show and have an assigned trade show booth and also register to participate in the NextGen Experience and would like to move your booth into one of the specially reserved trade show booths, just let us know and we can process that request for you. 4 2019 NextGen Fees NextGen Experience Participation Fees: This year s NextGen design has been structured to provide opportunities for small, medium and large sized companies to participate. We have also established premium spaces in both flooring and furniture to provide maximum exposure and high traffic. Each sponsorship opportunity is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You must be a CASH member and a contracted NextGen Participant in order to sponsor the below opportunity. Column Wrap Ad ($3,000 Limit 4 firms) Draw attendees to visit your space on the NextGen floor by placing a column wrap ad on one of four columns in the trade show hall. These column ads will be placed at eye-level and measure 8 high x 15 in circumference. Place a logo, tag line or a graphic image of your product on the ad.

Employer liability insurance/worker s compensation/occupational or professional liability coverage with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per accident. CASH listed as the Certificate Holder. CASH and the City of Sacramento listed as additional insureds under Description of Operations/Locations/Vehicles (See Additional Remarks Schedule). Expiration date after February 28, 2019 for all coverage. Such policies may not be cancelled without 30 days notice to CASH and the City of Sacramento. The exhibitor may be required to furnish proof of coverage to CASH by means of a Certificate of Insurance (COI).
