12 Terms and conditions DISCLAIMER All information is correct at time of publication. Insources reserves the right to amend these packages at any time. Upon completion of the Sponsorship Application & Payment Form, refunds will not be issued for change of mind. APPLICATION PROCESS All exhibitors are required to fill out the official Exhibition Application Form and a 50% deposit must be received to reserve the space. Insources reserves the right to refuse application or prohibit any Exhibitor from participation without assigning a reason for such refusal or prohibition. STORAGE OF GOODS Unless otherwise communicated, storage will not be provided onsite of the exhibition. Exhibitors are responsible for equipment brought into the event. Insources will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION To confirm your participation Insources will except the signed Application Form with a payment of 50% of the total owing as a deposit. Insources will then confirm the booking and allocate booth space accordingly. The Exhibitor will then be required to make final payment 30 days prior to the event to secure the spot. After this time, if payment is not finalized the allocated exhibition space will be made available for sale to another company.
