5 customised solutions In-HOUSE PLANNING & DESIGN For many years, our company has relied on 3D technology for designing the machines we make. In this way, our customers get an excellent spatial impression of their new machine during the initial presentation. Different perspectives and work procedures can be simulated and the machine can be built on site, at least in virtual terms. It is always our first priority to ensure the customer s packaging system achieves a high level of efficiency, regardless of whether is used for cosmetics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, plastics or food. At this stage, it shows quite clearly whether we have already met all the conditions or whether minor adjustments are still needed. Precision in the detail is required, as is plenty of experience with the selection and dimensioning of materials. Technical innovations and developments are created in the company s own Design department. Customers wishes are converted on the computer screen into 3D drawings. The results are discussed by the team and optionally adapted to the customer s requirements. 5

It is the only way for us to ensure compliance with the highest of quality standards. Using modern CNC-controlled tooling machines, we are able to address the specific wishes and requirements of our customers with flexibility and great precision. Since we operate independently of external suppliers, we are able to react quickly and reliably in order to meet scheduled delivery deadlines, even when working at high capacity. Contract manufacturing is also a fixed element of our portfolio. The electronic control unit ist he heart of any machine.
