Warranty. The 9000 Series of the 3M Digital WallDisplay is sold with a standard one (1) year warranty on parts and labor. An additional limited warranty is available for purchase at the time of sale or as an after-sale upgrade if the product is within the standard warranty period. All warranty repairs should be serviced through a 3M Authorized Service Provider, contact Technical assistance Center at to verify warranty coverage and arrange for service. Lamps used in the 3M Digital WallDisplay are considered consumable items and are only warranted for 180 hours or ninety (90) days, whichever comes first. For details regarding repair, contact Visual Systems Technical Assistance Center at THESE WARRANTIES ARE MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING OUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING OR PERFORMANCE, CUSTOM OR USAGE OF TRADE. Limitation of Liability. If any product is proven to be in breach of a 3M warranty during the applicable warranty period, then the exclusive remedy and 3M s sole obligation shall be, at 3M s option, to repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price. 3M shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including downtime, loss of profits or goodwill) based upon any legal theory asserted. 16. Basic Installation Guidelines include: *If the actual cost of installation exceeds the basic installation guideline cost due to special installation requirements, the government customer and 3M dealer are to reach agreement on the additional cost if installation is to be purchased under terms and conditions of the GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract.
