3 Group Welcome See your Group s name on the largest video board in a AA Ballpark! Ceremonial First Pitch Honor an individual involved with your organization during our First Pitch Ceremony. Invite them onto the field to throw out a First Pitch prior to the start of the game! Inclusion on Charity Event Website Page Be listed as an official Charity for the Hartford Yard Goats. Provide us with your logo and an informational link and we will help promote your cause. On-Field Ceremony The Yard Goats would like to help you honor an individual or members of your organization as you see fit. This is a wonderful way to show appreciation towards those who have gone above and beyond for your organization. During the on-field ceremony, your organization will receive PA and Video Board Recognition on the largest video board located in a AA ballpark. Provide us with a script to read or we will hand over the microphone to a speaker of your choice!

4 Receive an additional $1 per ticket If your group sells 125 tickets or more, you will receive an additional $1 off the tickets. This higher discount provides you with the highest profit margin available. The more tickets you sell, the more money you raise. 15 Second Pre-Game PSA Provide your logo for the Yard Goats Video Board and a Public Service Announcement to draw attention to your organization. It s a great opportunity to provide information about upcoming events and explain how our fans can get involved! On Field Check Presentation The Yard Goats will present you with a Giant Check on the field prior to the game for the proceeds of your fundraiser. This gives you the chance to honor and recognize your organization for your fundraising efforts. 4

5 ½ Inning On The Yard Goats Radio Network A representative from your organization can have the opportunity to be on the Yard Goats Radio Network broadcast during the game! Our radio host will interview your representative about your organization's cause, any upcoming events, and ways for listeners to make donations to your charity! *Not available during televised games. Additional 15 Second PSA We can run the same PSA from pre-game or an entirely different one, your choice! Provide your logo for the Yard Goats Video Board and a Public Service Announcement to draw attention to your organization. It s a great opportunity to provide information about upcoming events and explain how our fans can get involved! Tabling On The Concourse Set up a table on our concourse to promote your cause to the thousands of fans in attendance. Collect donations as well as distribute brochures, information, or promotional items. Your organization also has the opportunity to conduct a prize drawing in order to raise additional funds and collect names of people you can later reach out to.

6 Volunteer Service from the Yard Goats Need a hand with your upcoming event? The Yard Goats staff will volunteer 4 hours of service for you needs. We can provide 1 employee for 4 hours or 4 employees for 1 hour each. You tell us your needs and we will be glad to assist. Launch a Ball Volunteers from your organization will have the opportunity to assist in selling tennis balls to fans throughout the game. At the conclusion of the game, fans will throw tennis balls into targets on the infield to win prizes. 50% of the proceeds collected will benefit your cause and half will benefit the Yard Goats Foundation.

7 The Yard Goats will help you every step of the way by providing you with promotional materials to help sell tickets. The Yard Goats will also provide you with different ideas proven successful to other non-profit organizations. Yard Goats Provide Flyers, Posters, Order Forms, Ticket Sales Tracking Forms! Fundraising Ideas Divide the team into two groups and create a friendly competition Everyone who buys a ticket enters a raffle to throw out a first pitch (or reward your top seller with the chance to throw out the first pitch) Partner with a business to help you sell tickets Designate each member to sell a specific amount of tickets Include a ticket in your price for registration at any events you have prior to the game Yard Goats Entertainment As A Sales Tool We can send our mascot to any events you may have prior to your Yard Goats fundraiser to help promote your Yard Goats event. This is a great way for people at your other events to make additional contributions to your organization by purchasing Yard Goats tickets to your fun-filled event at the ball park!

8 Selling Your Use the flyers, order forms, and posters the Yard Goats provide to help you sell your tickets. Purchase tickets at a discounted rate, sell them at face value and keep the proceeds! Book Your Outing To book a date for your fundraiser you must provide the Yard Goats with a number of tickets that you will sell. In order to process any tickets we require a signed agreement form along with a 25% deposit of the total cost. Final ticket numbers must be given two weeks before your event (more tickets can be added on after the two weeks) along with full payment. The number of tickets on the contract can be dropped by up to 20% prior to the two week deadline. Ticket Distribution will not be printed until they are paid for. If you would like to have tickets in hand, payment must be made prior to the Yard Goats Box Office printing them. (i.e. we can print 25% of the tickets printed when you submit your deposit but the other 75% will not be printed until payment is received in full) 8
