In this webinar, we reveal the high level overview of the course, domains and hosting, installing your website and adding products into your website. 2 researching and buying products in China. Having a presence in China gives you great advantages over your competitors. More on this in the near future. Going to the Canton Fair, with over 100,000 products, validates the ecommerce model, the potential of high quality products Chinese factories can produce, and the huge potential this business offers. What is the difference? Live Training: More tactical, strategic training Supplemental: Technical Tutorials such as building a website, hosting, domains, etc. Supplemental videos and other material are also being indexed on one page, which can be found here: Overwhelmed? A lot of members are feeling overwhelmed. This is mainly because of the lack of the big picture, which we will be addressing below. Here are some strategies for facing and learning big things: First, watch the replay and let the information wash over you Then, go back and learn small chunks in more detail (ie. Focus only on learning Facebook Audience Insights then only focus on products then only focus on designing ads.) Learn just the steps and do the action items per session. We have decided to go this route because we got tired of unreliable hosting and companies which suddenly shut down our site because it gets too much traffic! Also, by owning our own webhost, we can customize the hosting with our software, so you will have a more streamlined experience. As well, you can add unlimited domains to your account pay one flat amount (and the first year is free). you still only We are giving you 1 year free. After the year, you can choose if you want to continue. We will not suddenly bill you or cut you off, but will offer a deal for you if you are interested in continuing. 4 High Level Overview (0:24:00) We pick products to test from the product picker software We build ads for each of these products using Design Master Plus We are going to have a test website where these products will be able to be purchased We identify some initial audiences within Facebook to target for advertising We are going to do some very small (cheap) tests of advertising to these products on the test site We ll then pick the best product(s) and build out a new niche website with these products and other related ones We are going to use Facebook advertising to send traffic to these sites. When sales are made, the software will automatically notify the customer and the supplier You ll pay the supplier for each unit sold AFTER the customer purchases from you The supplier will ship out to the customer You profit the difference You ll use our return center for any returns The Seven Steps: 1. Choose a product Find 20 products to test 2. Test the profitability Create a test site for product testing Test the products Pick the winners 3. Engage your demographic Build out niche specific site(s) to sell the winners Build out a traffic funnel and send traffic to the winners 4. Activate your shopping cart Optimizations and effeciencies on the site and with the product mix Potentially branch out to multiple sites 5. 6 Load your test products onto the website Improve the descriptions for the products Picking a Domain Name (0:33:10) Do not overthink this. You do not need a.com,.net or something brandable, because we are only using it for our test website. Even a.info is fine for this. The name could be silly or random, or have the word coupon in it, or discount, low, deal, awesome, cool, amazing, killer, rad, spin, etc. in the title (ie Gotkool.com ) If there s a domain name you like that has been taken, try an alternative, like.net or.org, or place a word in front such as the Two fun places to generate available domain names: Dotomator.com Panabee.com Dotomator.com Copyright kFactory.com/Ultra All Rights Reserved 6 / 17

7 Simply choose a name list in the beginning and a name list at the end. Dotomator will find combinations of available names. Panabee Panabee is a lot of fun in that you enter a word phrase. Panabee will then go and find variations of your phrase. It will also give you a lot of related terms to the words you typed in for endless combinations of domain ideas. 8 How to Set Up Your Domain Name (0:37:35) If you are using Floathosting.com, choose the Battleship plan, and click Buy Now : You will then need a root (main) domain name. Type in the domain you researched and register it on Floathosting.com. If you already have a domain name, you can transfer it in, or you can use an existing domain name at your domain registrar and update your nameserver information to point to Floathosting.com. This will give you a $17.95 per month discount, making hosting free. Enter all your details (name, address, etc) to set up your account. Your Company Name is optional, or you can just put in your name. If you just get the hosting, you won t pay anything. 10 4. Domain registration verification (if you bought a domain through Floathosting) this one is very important, as you must verify that you have bought it. How to Buy Additional Domain Names at Float Hosting Once you have set up a hosting account, if you wish to buy more domains, simply login to your account, and go to Client Area. 11 If you have hosting somewhere else, and you wish to transfer your current websites to Float Hosting, simply contact our support desk and state you wish to transfer your websites here. We have people who specialize in transferring websites and domains, and will do all this for you. How to Install Your Website (0:46:45) In the dashboard of the Command Center, you now have a new button called Stores. Copyright kFactory.com/Ultra All Rights Reserved 11 / 17

12 Click that button, and you will be asked to fill in some information: Your domain name, in the format Your Cpanel Username you use to login to your web host Your CPanel Password Your website title (this can be changed later) That s it! The software will do the rest, and in a few seconds your website will be live. There is also a video in the Session 2 page that walks you through this. 13 Basically, once you find a product in the product picker, you save it, then click Save List if you have more than one website installed on the Command Center, make sure the correct one is selected from the upper right dropdown menu. The process consists of this: Rough editing from the Command Center dashboard Final finishing touches within the website itself Dealing with watermarks on images Dealing with product variants (Different sizes, colors, etc) Editing Descriptions Your description is content imported from the actual listing, so you will want to check to make sure the description makes sense. Look for the following to edit: Spelling and grammar errors Eliminate any reference to the supplier Make sure your advertising or marketing message correlates with the product listing (ie if you are emphasizing its low price, make sure you talk about the low price in the description.) 14 In the editor, you create the title, edit the description, and add any images. Save your edits before publishing. We have a video that takes you through all this, as well as a video on techniques to using images without watermarks. The case study will begin. We will follow along with what we taught in Sessions 1-3 Selected Q&A (0:57:55) Q: I am concerned about how long it takes for shipping from China. A: This is a non-issue. We state up front that shipping will take a few weeks. As long as you manage expectations as long as the customer knows how long shipping will take this will not be a problem (it s never been a problem for us) Q: What if other people sell the same thing as us? A: Number one, there are hundreds of thousands to millions of products to sell. Number two, you will be creating your own target audiences in Facebook. The chance of somebody selling the same product to the exact same audience is almost non-existent. Q: Can we sell products that are not found in the product finder? A: YES, and we updated the product finder software so that you can actually add the product to the database so you can push it to your website (video coming soon) Q: Is the website template mobile-friendly? 16 A: YES! In fact, on some of our websites, 95% of our sales are from mobile traffic Q: Why are we not using Shopify as our ecommerce platform? A: The cost. Each Shopify site costs $79 per month, per site. It s a cost you do not need to have, and the ecom software we use on Wordpress has been time-tested and works incredibly well. If you do use Shopify, you won t be able to use some of the integration tools, but all the marketing techniques are the same. Q: How do you integrate Paypal? A: We will be discussing this next week Q: Can we add more than 20 products to our test website? A: Certainly! However, make sure you have 20 good, well-researched products on your site. It s better to have 20 quality listings over 100 quickly added items with little editing. Q: Is there an ideal price range for items? Cheaper, or more expensive? A: You should have a variety of items, some cheap, some expensive. Cheaper products are more of an impulse buy, but a lot of times when a customer comes to our site, they buy a more expensive item. So it s great to offer a range for people to choose. Q: How about shipping the products? A: The supplier is responsible for this. Q: Will this test site be my real site? A: No, this will always be your test site to test new products. Once you find some winning products say you find that camping products do well, then you will buy a new domain name and create a new website specifically having to do with camping. You can then use your test site to test other products, and optimize your niche site to convert as best as it can. Q: Who pays customs and import fees? A: The customer does. You don t have to worry about any of this. Q: Can I add my own white label products to my website? A: Absolutely! Copyright kFactory.com/Ultra All Rights Reserved 16 / 17

17 Q: Is GotKool.com an example of a test site? A: Yes, it is an example of a test site. Q: Is it a good idea to take your own pictures of a product? A: If you have a product that is selling really well, then yes, I would actually order it and take product images and have additional marketing materials for your website Q: What about the legal info on the website? A: You can copy ours. Q: What if the Facebook audience target is larger than 1.5 million? A: You can never be too large, just as well as it is well targeted. We will discuss this in the next few webinars. Q: How automated is the final sale? A: When a sale is made, the dashboard software will communicate with both the supplier and the customer.
