1 Your Questions Answered When you want the scoop on a new restaurant, you probably ask a friend. If you want to know what s causing your car to make that strange noise, you ask a mechanic. And when you have a pay statement or benefits question, you contact the ADP TotalSource Employee Service Center (by phone at or by at esc@adp.com). We can t recommend a restaurant or tell you what s wrong with your car, but we can share the answers to the questions most often asked of the ESC. Questions How do I access my My TotalSource username or password? Go to where you ll see this login screen. Click Forgot my username or Forgot my password and follow the prompts. Note: The term user ID and username may be used interchangeably. If you need additional help, contact the ESC at or esc@adp.com. How do I reset my password if I m not able to answer the security questions? If you are unable to answer your security questions after 3 tries you will be locked out and you need to contact the ESC at or esc@adp.com

2 What can I do to see the details on my paycheck? 1. Log in to My TotalSource. 2. On the right-hand side of the Home page, select See my Paycheck. Remember to disable any pop-up blockers from your browser s Tools menu. If you don t know how to disable pop-up blockers on your machine, talk to your company s IT expert. How do I make changes to my direct deposit paycheck? Log in to My TotalSource. On the right-hand side of the Home page, select Change my Direct Deposit. To start or change your direct deposit date: 1. In the Effective Date box, enter the date when you d like the direct deposit to start. Note: When changing an existing account setup, it will be verified with your bank. The bank verification may take up to two or three payroll periods to complete. During this time period, you may receive your pay via check instead of direct deposit. Changing the Account Type is considered a change and may also require bank verification.

3 2. Click the icon to add a new account. 3. Enter the bank account information for each account (Account Type, Transit/Routing Number and Account Number). 4. Choose from the following options: To do this: Deposit your entire paycheck into one account Split your check between multiple accounts Click: Full Net Deposit The icon to add another account 5. Read the Terms of Agreement, select the checkbox and click Submit.

4 To remove an account: 1. From the Home page, click Myself. 2. Then click Pay. Then Direct Deposit. 3. Select the checkbox next to the account. 4. Click 5. If an account is not removed before the payroll period end date, your pay will be sent to your current account. Please review the effective date being used for payroll start and end dates. To receive a paper check: 1. From the Home page, click Myself. Then click Pay. Then Direct Deposit. 2. Click the checkbox next to I do not want Direct Deposit at this time. 3. Click Submit.

5 How can I change the amount of income taxes withheld from my pay? You can change the amount of federal and state income taxes withheld from your pay by updating your Form W-4. Here s how: 1. From the Home page, click Myself. 2. Then click Tax Withholding. 3. You may choose to update the amount withheld for federal taxes and state and local taxes. (Don t forget about state and local taxes if you want the new withholding to apply to these taxes too.) 4. Select an Effective Date (the date when the changes will be applied to your account).

6 5. Select your Marital Status: Single Married Single/Married but withhold at higher Single rate 6. Enter Exemptions the number of allowances you want to claim. 7. If you want to have a certain dollar amount withheld, enter this amount in the Additional W/H (additional withholding) box. 8. Click Submit. Changes submitted before the payroll end date will take effect on the next pay period. Note: To file Exempt, the Form W-4 must be completed, signed and returned to ADP.

7 What is a medical benefits Certificate of Coverage and where do I find it? The Certificate of Coverage outlines what is and isn t covered by your medical plan. This document is available on My TotalSource. 1. From the Home page, click Myself. 2. Then click My Benefits. 3. Next, select the green arrow of the plan that you would like to view. 4. Select Certificate Of Coverage from the menu. Note: The option to view the Plan summary will give you the basic plan details, while the Certificate of Coverage provides the overall plan details.

8 I lost my medical ID card; where can I get a new one? When can I call the ESC? You can download a new ID card by visiting your medical insurance company s website. Representatives are available to take your call ( ) Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. 10 p.m. ET. Or, you can send an to esc@adp.com at any time. You should receive a response to your within three business days. Are extended hours offered? Yes. To better serve you, the Employee Service Center (ESC) will extend its hours beginning April 4 through May 30, 2015: Monday Friday: 8 a.m. 10 p.m. ET Saturday: 9 a.m. 5 p.m. ET
