6 1. Intrductin APIIC is the premier rganizatin f Andhra Pradesh that prvides industrial infrastructure thrugh develpment f industrial areas acrss the districts f Andhra Pradesh. The APIIC ensures each Industrial park/ industrial area is surveyed, measured and site plans f plts/sheds/shps/gdwns are prepared, bundaries fixed; and all the necessary details like dimensins, extent f plt /area, survey n. etc. are made available in the znal and cncerned sub- znal ffices and published n the APIIC website, fr infrmatin f the entrepreneurs. The entrepreneurs seeking plts/sheds/shps/gdwns fr alltment; t set-up their industries/businesses r cmmn use facility fr industries, can file their nline enquiry n the APIIC website ( Online Enquiry Applicatin The Online Enquiry frm facilitates the entrepreneurs t submit their enquiry frm t find ut the land availability in the preferred lcatin f any district, expediting the prcess f submissin against the cnventinal prcess f submitting the physical enquiry applicatin in the cncerned Znal /Sub-Znal ffices. The Online Enquiry applicatin is an initiative t align the business prcess f APIIC as per the guidelines fr Ease f Ding Business (EODB) and t prvide timely update t entrepreneurs regarding their land enquiry. It cvers the entire wrkflw cvering frm receiving the nline enquiry frm the entrepreneur, requisitin filling t physical pssessin and title transfer. 1.1 Purpse The purpse f this dcument is t serve as a user guide fr the Online Enquiry frm develped by IIC Technlgies Ltd. fr the APIIC website; and present an verview f the nline enquiry applicatin explaining the cncepts and functinality f the same. 1.2 Intended Audience This dcument is intended fr the APIIC Online Enquiry (APIIC-OE) applicatin users such as Entrepreneurs/ Investrs fr requesting nline enquiry. Accessibility This sectin prvides a high level understanding f the functinality f the Online Enquiry frm with the help f apprpriate screensht frm the APIIC website. 3.1 Online Enquiry Frm T access the Online Enquiry Frm, pen the APIIC website ( Click n the Online Enquiry tab n the Hme page f the APIIC website under Apply menu. 10 The enquiry frm is categrized int tw sub frms General Enquiry Enquiry came thrugh MU signed during the Partnership Summit 2016/17 A. General Enquiry On selectin (by default) f field name MU with GAP if any as N, User shall fill & submit the belw mentined frm. 11 B. MU signed during the Partnership Summit 2016/17 On selectin f field name MU with GAP if any as Yes, User shall fill & submit the belw mentined frm. Nte: All the fields shall be ptinal except Name f the cmpany, Select Year, Id, Mbile Number, Extent (Sq.m/Sq.ft/acres) and Preferred Lcatins. 12 The Enquiry Frm is divided int the fllwing fur sectins Cmpany Details Requirements Details Business Activity Details Prject Details Cmpany Details User needs t enter the fllwing details under Cmpany Details sectin: Name f the cmpany: Enter cmpany name. MU with GAP if any: Select Yes (by default N ) then tw additinal field shall appear: Select Year and Select Department frm the existing drp-dwn list items. If Yes, fllwing fields are mandatry t enter/select Type f cmpany: Select cmpany type frm the existing drp-dwn list items. Name f prmter/managing directr: Enter name f prmter/md. Address fr Cmmunicatin: Enter cmmunicatin address. id: Enter a valid id. Mbile Number: Enter mbile number. Alternate Mbile Number: Enter alternate mbile number. Nte: If MU with GAP field if any is N then all the fields are mandatry t enter/select except Alternate Mbile Number. If MU with GAP field if any is Yes then all the fields are ptinal t enter/select except Select Year, Id and Mbile Number. Requirement Details User needs t enter the fllwing details under Requirements Details sectin: Requirement Type: Select requirement type frm the existing drp-dwn list items. Extent (sq. m/sq. ft. /Acres): Enter the area extent needed. Preferred District: Select yur preferred district fr land availability frm the drp-dwn list items. 13 Desired prximity t infrastructure Facilities: Select/Enter infrastructure details nearby required land lcatins alng with the distance f yur preferred land lcatin frm the prminent infrastructure. Nte: All the fields are mandatry t enter except Infrastructure Facilities. Nte: The Enquiry frm shall be submitted t the respective znal manager f the selected Preferred District. Business Activity Details User needs t enter the fllwing details under Business Activity Details sectin: Categry f industry/unit: Select categry f industry frm the existing drpdwn list items. Line f Activity: Select line f activity frm the existing drp-dwn list items. Main Prducts: Enter main prducts f the cmpany. Nte: All fields are mandatry t enter. Prject Details User needs t enter the fllwing details under Prject Details sectin: Prpsed Prject Cst (Rs. Lakhs): Enter prpsed prject cst. Prpsed Emplyment (N. f Persns): Enter n. f direct and indirect emplyment expected t generate frm prpsed prject. Estimated Water Requirements (LPD): Enter estimated water requirements. Estimated Pwer Requirements (KW): Enter estimated pwer requirement. Prpsed Built-up Area (Sq. ft.): Enter prpsed built-up area. Nte: All fields are mandatry t enter. After all the abve mentined details are filled-in, if required any infrmatin r message can be enter int Remarks sectin. Enter the CAPTCH cde displayed in the images. Click n the Submit buttn t submit the enquiry details t APIIC. On successful submissin f enquiry frm System displays an acknwledgment details with aut system generated unique Enquiry Reference Number (ERN). ERN is a system generated and unique Id fr each enquiry and same must be used fr effective cmmunicatin with APIIC. APIIC-OE frm User Guide 13
