1 Official rules of a game with prizes entitled Looking up your Utility Bills Using Bulbank Mobile organized by UniCredit Bulbank AD SECTION 1: ORGANIZER OF THE GAME 1.1. UniCredit Bulbank AD with UIC hereinafter referred to as the Organizer or the Bank organizes a Game with prizes (hereinafter referred to as Game / the Game ) that involves having a person look up their utility bills and then saving a template by using the Bulbank Mobile service The present Official Rules are published on the corporate website of UniCredit Bulbank AD: and are available during the entire period of the Game The Organizer has the irrevocable right to terminate the or to amend its Official Rules, only after publishing a due notification about the changes on the website: In such cases no compensation is payable to the participants. SECTION 2: MECHANISM AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME 2.1. Eligible to participate in the Game are all individuals of legal age, registered as customers of UniCredit Bulbank AD before the beginning of the Game, i.e. 00:00 h. on , and who, during the period of the Game and under the terms and conditions below, have saved a template for utility bill payable to a utility provider, in order to receive future notifications regarding due payments by using the functionalities of the Bulbank Mobile service Saving a template for a bill to a utility provider can be performed by using all possible functionalities of the Bulbank Mobile service, without limitations of the method of searching for the particular bill to the utility provider Entering search data in order to find a bill to a utility provider, e.g. a subscriber number, due bill, particular utility provider, as well as any data accompanying the saving of a template, is entirely voluntary and is a responsibility of the respective individual who uses the Bulbank Mobile service. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in case of claims of 1

2 third parties related to data entered for the particular utility bill - subscriber number, check of due utility bill/s, saving of a template/s for the particular bill to a utility provider, the respective notifications about a new due bill with the utility provider Participation in the Game is entirely voluntary; in order to participate in the Game customers are not required to purchase a bank product/ service or perform any payments via the Bulbank Mobile Service, including payments of a due utility bill to the particular utility provider. Performing payments via the Bulbank Mobile service by customers of the Bank is not part of the conditions for participation in the Game. Participants in the Game are only customers of the Bank who were registered as customers of the Bank before h. on , who have saved a template for utility bill to a utility provider, in order to receive future notifications, by using the functionalities of the Bulbank Mobile service Participation in the Game is possible only by adhering to these Official Rules. By saving a template for a utility bill to a utility provider in the Bulbank Mobile application during the period of the Game the participant shall be automatically considered to have provided his/her consent to join the Game and to have accepted its terms and conditions and its rules for participation. In case a customer of the Bank saves a template for a utility bill to a utility provider via the Bulbank Mobile service during the period of the Game, but does not want to participate in it, he or she has to explicitly express his/her disagreement at a branch of the Bank or by contacting the Call Center of UniCredit Bulbank AD Each saved template for looking up a utility bill using the functionalities of the Bulbank Mobile service allows the respective customer to participate once in the prize draw (2 saved templates for looking up a bill = participation in the Game twice, 3 saved templates = participation in the Game three times, etc.) 2.7. Employees of UniCredit Bulbank AD are not eligible to participate in the Game. SECTION 3: DURATION OF THE GAME 3.1. The Game starts at 00:00 h. on and lasts until 23:59 h. on SECTION 4: PRIZES 2

3 4.1. The Organizer will provide to the winners the following prizes: A DJI MAVIC AIR drone; A Huawei P20 smartphone An Electric scooter Pursuant to Art. 13, para. 1, item 21 and Art. 35, item 2 of the Personal Income Tax Act (PITA), the monetary prizes, regardless of their amount, and the non-monetary prizes from games of chance, with value of more than BGN 30.00, are taxable income for the individual who receives them. The Bank shall pay the tax due on the taxable income and the natural person shall be provided with a standard certificate stating that the Bank has paid the tax The individual who has won a cash or merchandise prize from a Game of chance might become obliged to declare as a received income the cash prize or the BGN equivalent of the acquired merchandise prize, as well as the tax paid by the Bank, in the annual tax return under Art. 50 of the PITA, which shall be accompanied by the certificate issued by the Bank The annual tax return shall be submitted within the terms and pursuant to the procedure stipulated in the PITA. SECTION 6: INFORMING THE WINNERS IN THE GAME 6.1. The names of all winners in the Game will be drawn in a lottery in the presence of a notary on Additionally for each of the three prizes 5 reserve winners will also be drawn in a lottery All winners will be informed about their prizes with a message in the application Bulbank Mobile. After the sending of the messages, each winner will receive a phone call as well from a representative of the Bank The winners shall not be obliged to accept the prizes provided to them by the Bank In case the winner cannot be reached within 48 (forty-eight) hours following the phone call and/or the sending of an , the person to be considered winner is the first reserve winning participant, who will be informed in the same way. In case he/she does not respond within the term specified in this item either, the second reserve winning participant is considered winner and the same steps for his/her informing shall be undertaken. 3

Upon receipt of the explicit consent of the winners, verified in the Statement of Acceptance under Section 7, their names or initials will be published on the corporate website of UniCredit Bulbank AD UniCredit Bulbank AD is not responsible in case a winner in the Game with prizes as a customer of the bank has provided false contact information or has not updated his/her contact information. SECTION 7: DISTRIBUTION OF THE PRIZES 7.1. Prizes will be sent to the winners through a courier to the mailing address entered in the system of UniCredit Bulbank AD or to an address for receipt explicitly indicated by the customer during his/her notification about the prize Every winner will be allowed to receive his/her prize after the signing of a Statement of Acceptance which will be provided to him/her by the courier Upon receiving the prizes, the winners have to present their ID documents in order to identify themselves as winners in the Game. SECTION 8: PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA 8.1. Personal data of the participants in the Game, related to the terms and condition for conducting the Game as per Section 2 above, shall be used by UniCredit Bulbank AD only for the purposes of ensuring the normal course of the Game, including the receiving of the prize, in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legislation on personal data At any moment of the period of the Game, a customer of the Bank who meets the requirements for participation in the Game and the prize draw may state withdrawal of his/her consent for future participation in the Game and explicitly express his/her disagreement at a bank branch or by contacting the Call Center of UniCredit Bulbank AD Information about the personal data processed by UniCredit Bulbank AD can be found on the Bank s website, Personal Data Protection section as well as at a suitable bank branch/center. SECTION 9: GENERAL PROVISIONS 9.1. The Bank shall not be held liable with regard to the warranty and the quality of the prizes provided in this Game. The responsibility for claims and realization of the warranty liability shall be borne by the respective trader and/or manufacturer. 4

The Bank shall not be held liable in case the prize or any part of it cannot be received because the winner and/or his/her representative cannot be identified when receiving the prize or part of it in accordance with the above procedure, or because of any other technical and/or legal obstacles The Bank shall not be held liable in case a winner cannot receive his/her prize because of provided incorrect, false or invalid contact information, such as address, mailing address and/or contact phone number. 5
