6 4. Garden Composter This 150L garden composter is meant for outside. It has no holes creating a dark moist environment, which is important for anaerobic bacteria to thrive. 9 9. The Postwink Igloo1 Our Postwink igloo is ideal for bulk collections of recyclables, and are visually helpful for staff and scholars alike. We can also brand these with your own or your sponsor s logo, as required. Igloos (front view): 1.4m x 1.3m x 1.5m H Open with bulk bag as liner Specifications Made locally of robust plastic (polyethylene), which is 100% recyclable. Using a bulk bag, the capacity of this bin is 1000 litres. If 3 drums are used (for the heavier glass collections for example), the total bin capacity is reduced to 630 litres. 10 10. Recycling Labels For various usage and bins Our Recycling Labels come standard as below. These can also be amended to include your corporate logo on the side, as illustrated below. Corporate logos have an additional cost. a. Colours used for Separating the Waste We have recycling colours, which we adhere to in an aim to streamline recycling colours as much as possible. Hence, unless requested otherwise, we will use the following colours for your orders: Blue for Paper (or white for White Office Paper only) Green for Glass Yellow for Plastic Silver or Red for Cans, Tins and other Ferrous Metals (depending on the order) Light Brown for compostable and food waste Red or Orange for Hazardous waste (depending on the order) Charcoal or Black for General, non-recyclable waste (although red can be used if this needs to stand out) For a 2-bin system, we use Green for Mixed Recycling and Charcoal for General / Wet Waste. b. 13 Some of our Clients Lead times and Terms & Conditions a. Lead time Lead times depend on the quantity ordered and the time at which the order is being placed. It will usually vary between 1-4 weeks to the time of dispatch. Lead times start from receiving the required deposit as well as a complete order, including receiving confirmation of colours, waste names and logos (if relevant). If information relating to branding and product colour and/or approval of printing proofs are delayed, this will impact your completion date. Training sessions are subject to our availability and are subject to a minimum lead time of 2 weeks. Kindly note that due to the custom nature of the product, the lead time for the leather-touch units is approximately 4 weeks even for small orders. b. General Information and Terms and Conditions All prices provided exclude VAT & delivery costs, with most products being dispatched from Cape Town or Johannesburg (depending on the product and your location). Because of the bin sizes, certain delivery costs may be significant; hence please request a formal quotation for a more accurate cost estimate including transport to the required location. Except for leather-touch bins, prices do not include the costs of corporate branding using vinyl or other methods. Please specify your requirements in writing so that we may quote you accordingly. 14 4 working days of placing your order, else your lead time will be negatively affected, as your order will be put on hold until receipt of the correct, useable artwork. Prices may vary based on quantity. Hence, please request a formal quotation based on your actual order quantity in order to see the applicable pricing. Furthermore, kindly check your quotations carefully prior to approval, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect quotations that are approved as orders. Manufacturing of the order will not commence until the order has been confirmed with a 50% deposit of the total quotation. Balance of payment is required strictly on dispatch. For the renting of EcoCylinders, Portal subscriptions and all orders amounting to R800 or less, payment terms are strictly in advance. For the renting of Ecocylinders, the R1000 per order refundable deposit will be refunded within 24 hours once the units are returned to us in good order. We reserve the right to deliver your order in part-shipments if we feel this makes economic and practical sense. Products (including artwork/designs) remain the property of Postwink until the account is settled in full, even if these have been delivered to you. Dimensions provided in this brochure may have been rounded and may differ slightly to the actual dimensions on manufacturing. Capacities provided in this brochure may also have been approximated for ease of communication. Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. This is especially true for stainless steel products, whose prices fluctuate according to international steel prices. Prices for the training sessions will depend on the customer type, customer location and who will perform the training. Our Prices include a contribution towards one of the tree planting programmes that we support, including those by Food and Trees For Africa or GreenPOP. Postwink is the owner of the various literary and artistic works embodied in its Designs, brochures and website, as determined by the Copyright Act, Any unauthorised reproduction, adaptation or publication of the work is strictly prohibited. The Postwink igloo, Pods and EcoCylinder recycling bins have moulds which are jointly owned by Postwink and its manufacturing factory. The Postwink Igloo design has also been registered with the South African Design Office (Design registration number F2011/00148), as well as the recycling POD (Design registration number A2014/01539). As such, Postwink is entitled to enforce its rights in the Design against any person who makes, imports, uses or disposes of any article which embodies or is similar to the Design. Other products included in this brochure are our supplier s intellectual property and hence similarly cannot be recreated or copied without consent. Postwink is the sole distributor of the Recycling Trolley and EcoLid. Orders are subject to our complete set of Terms and Conditions, a copy of which will be provided on request. E&OE.
