10 This is where the magic happens different ways and processes of card generation. Who is the one generating an A.I.D.A. Virtual Card? Your travel management or selected colleagues with access to the service Larger companies often have a dedicated team or colleague taking care of travel. Sometimes it is the personnel assistant or a colleague from purchasing. Your travel agency Many companies work in cooperation with a travel agency. You can provide card generation details and access to the service to your travel agent who is booking and paying travel on your behalf.
