1 2008 This document outlines the terms of our service and our guarantee to our customers, that we will provide pictures within 24 hours of a scheduled and successfully entered photo shoot location. Our Guarantee to You Our guarantee to you is that you will receive your pictures for use on the internet and for feature sheets within 24 hours of a scheduled photo shoot, provided that the information you supply us with is correct and accurate, and enables us to access the property at the time that is scheduled (i.e. Appointments scheduled at 4:00pm on Monday will have our guarantee of delivery by 4:00pm Tuesday). In the event that you or any members of your team provide us with information that results in denying us access to a photo shoot location, or delays us from accessing the location, the terms of the 24 hour turnaround guarantee will be revised based on our schedule and discretion. We will make every attempt reasonable to notify you of any issues in accessing the location based on the information that is given to us by yourself or any members of your team. So long as it does not interfere with our schedule of appointments we will attempt to contact you to access the property in order to complete the photo shoot, however you may incur charges for our wait time or for returning to the property. If you or any members of your team changes the scheduled time of a photo shoot, the terms of our 24 hour guarantee will be revised to reflect the rescheduled time (i.e., Appointments originally schedule for 2:00pm on Monday but rescheduled for 5:00pm on Monday will have our guarantee of delivery by 5:00pm on Tuesday).

We do reserve the right to change our at any time however; we will notify you of any changes. All prices are excluding taxes. You will not be charged PST for any services, you will only be charged PST for products, such as feature sheets etc. GST will be applied to all invoices. Services Description Price Photography Our basic Photography service includes 9+ mls photos delivered to your $75.00 In Season Retake Retakes of properties not sold through a season. Travel fees may apply $30.00 Expedited Services Rush Delivery of Pictures. 3 2008 Product & Service Descriptions Photography Services: In our basic Photography service, you will receive 9 or more photos of your listing depending on the property. You will receive an that contains all the pictures formatted to be used on the internet (MLS, your personal web site etc.) and if necessary you will be given a link to where you can download the pictures you would like to use for feature sheets or other print marketing materials. The pictures will be the same however the formats will be different so if you interchange them you may see quality loss. Our basic photography service also includes travel in our base area. Our base area includes Ajax, Whitby, Brooklin, Oshawa, Courtice, Bowmanville, and Newcastle. We take a lot of pictures in order to get the best lighting, exposure, and angle. We sift through them all and choose the best exposure and angle that shows the property most accurately. The pictures that are not chosen will only be kept on file for 3 months, after which only the pictures that we have sent you will be kept on file. The pictures that we send you will be kept on file for at least one year and may be deleted after that time if necessary. Feature Sheets: We have a number of different feature sheet styles printed on several different quality papers, and you will always receive 25 copies with the listed price. We guarantee that you will receive any feature sheets you order within hours of your scheduled photo shoot, provided that we have received the listing stratus report or the listing blurb in another, editable, digital format by 3:00pm on the day of the photo shoot. We will accept non editable copies if it is the only available format however additional charges will apply in order for us to re type the listing information. Property Fees: Our basic photography service includes properties up to 3000Sqft, after which property fees will apply in $10.00 increments every 500Sqft up to 5000Sqft. The property fee for properties over 4999sqft will have a starting price of $65.00 but may be increased once the property is completed based on the layout of the property and depending on how extensive the photo shoot is. Travel Fees: We will not limit ourselves to our base or defined areas, so if you have a property that is outside these areas we will negotiate a travel fee to service that area. Travel fees begin outside our base area and start at $25.00 for properties located in Pickering, Scarborough and Port Hope. The second travel fee is $50.00 and covers Toronto, Markham, and Cobourg. Anything outside of our defined areas will have a travel fee that will start at $75.00 and will be determined when scheduling a photo shoot.

4 2008 Closing Gifts: We offer some closing gifts to our clients that incorporate our pictures. Our Photo Book Keepsake Package My Old House, includes a 20 page hard cover book of pictures of the vendors home, a tin box to store it in, and a CD ink printed (not sticker labelled) which contains all the pictures of the home and a slide show of the pictures. All professionally wrapped ready for you to present it to your client. My Old House Keepsake package starts at $ (plus tax) but can be upgraded with more pages and an engraved plate. We also sell the CD separately for $ Booking: To schedule an appointment you can either call our office and speak to Chris or Chitel Pierre or send us an with the details of your listing and we will arrange a time for your photo shoot. For billing and scheduling purposes we will need the following information: 1) Property Address 2) Property Square footage 3) Postal Code (to locate property) 4) Vendor s phone number and Name (if you would like us to book the appointment directly) 5) All addresses that you need the pictures sent to 6) Lock Box Code (if necessary) Payment Policy: Our payment policy for our services is same day payment or payment in advance. We do understand that sometimes schedules can conflict so we will use our discretion as to a reasonable time frame for collecting payment. Please be prepared to make your payment on the day of the photo shoot. We accept cash, cheque, and credit cards through PayPal. We do not collect your credit card information. Please Make all cheques payable to CHITEL PIERRE or REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY. PayPal: Paying by PayPal is simple and fast, and is our preferred method of payment. If you decide to pay using PayPal we will send you an with a link to the PayPal site which will walk you through the payment process. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use PayPal you just need to have your credit card in front of you so you can enter your information. Advance Payment: For your convenience we will also accept payment in advance. You can choose to pay for 5 or more listings in advance, and we will keep track of how many listings you book with us. Additional expenses

5 2008 such as travel fees, and property fees will be charged monthly or at the end of the advance payment term whichever is sooner. If you order any feature sheets they will be invoiced at the time of printing, however if you prefer we can customize your feature sheet payment into your advanced payment term.
