3 Description The Texas A&M University System (TAMUS), on behalf of the department of Facilities Planning and Construction (FPC), is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of the Touhy lounge furnishings specified for the FPC Project RELLIS Texas Transportation Institute (TTI) headquarters building currently under construction in Bryan, TX. Items must be delivered and installed between Monday, January 21, 2019 and Friday, March 1, A more precise time frame will be available to the awarded vendor and upon construction progress. Please review attached bid specifications carefully. Bidders shall offer a one lot price for the furnishing items in bid line item #1. te there are separate line items for dealer services and freight. Bidders are asked to attach a company quote showing details of all items - model name/number, quantities, locations, description, fabric details, etc. that are noted on spec sheet for prompt review that items offered are per the bid specifications. Review Attachment A for additional details of delivery and install. SUBMIT ALL BID QUESTIONS TO PATTY ALLISON AT pallison@tamus.edu. The bid response due date is no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 3, Bids must be submitted via this AggieBid system. Late bids will not be accepted or considered.
