1 POSITION DESCRIPTION PARTNERSHIP MANAGER INDONESIA Department: Glbal Operatins Team Reprts t: Reginal Facilitatr f Sutheast Asia (based in Metr Manila, Philippines) Office base: Jakarta, Indnesia FLSA Status: Full-time, cntracted Starting date: January 3 rd - 15 th, 2019 (flexible) SUMMARY Respnsible fr implementing the Partners Wrldwide visin, missin, and mdel in Indnesia in rder t build up permanent lcal capacity that catalyzes entrepreneurs and jb creatrs and celebrates business as a calling t d Gd s wrk. The Partnership Manager f Indnesia facilitates the grwth and develpment f a partnership netwrk in cuntry that uses business as the way t create flurishing ecnmic envirnments. Primary area f respnsibility will be n equipping and fstering the grwth f new and existing Lcal Cmmunity Institutins (LCIs) and facilitating partnerships, relatinships and cmmunicatin between thse LCIs, Business Affiliate (BA) members, and Partners Wrldwide team members. Partners Wrldwide is seeking an individual wh can d this wrk, based in Jakarta, Indnesia. This persn will reprt directly t the Reginal Facilitatr f Sutheast Asia, and will als actively cllabrate with ther members f the Sutheast Asia team, Glbal Operatins team in particular prjects and initiatives, and in facilitating lng-term healthy business-riented partnerships within the cuntry. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Partnership develpment & maintenance Identify synergies and facilitate effective alliances acrss existing partnerships t strengthen impacts cllectively Develp r cllect effective tls and resurces (business training, mentring tls, business as calling materials, etc.) and share them with affiliates, Reginal Facilitatr, and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Develp and execute cuntry grwth strategy in cllabratin key partners and team members within cntext f PW strategic rganizatinal directin Building capabilities f the LCI s Equip and fster the grwth f new LCIs, strategic alliances and partnerships where and when apprpriate Facilitate cmmunicatin between the LCI leaders and BA leaders, thrugh existing and new cmmunicatin tls (web-based prject management, , cnference calls, etc.): Train, cach, and cnsult leadership and membership f the BAs and LCIs Ensure relevant up-t-date understanding f lcal cntext, trends, and needs via peridic visits t LCIs, and the businesses they serve, t augment the partnership effectiveness thrughut the year

2 Facilitating strategic and peratinal plans & mnitring Equip and mnitr the creatin and implementatin f Annual Partnership Plans (APP) fr each partnership. Cmmunicate regularly with BA and LCI leaders t drive implementatin f plans agreed t in the APP Assist and equip LCI leaders t submit timely and accurate quarterly lan metrics, semi-annual utcme and activity measures and annual LCI Lan Fund reprts frm each partnership Crdinate and facilitate regular planning, prgress and prayer calls fr all partnerships Respnsibly manage cuntry expenses within the annual budget and strategy Grw dnr and ther revenue bases t fulfill sme cuntry and reginal budget needs Leadership develpment, bards, legal management Make recmmendatins t the Reginal Facilitatr and Chief Operating Officer fr necessary plicies r prcedures and ensure adherence t them Participate in PW staff calls and ther internal taskfrce teams as requested. Actively participate in the Partnership Manager Task Frce led by the Partnership Operatins Manager. Initiate, maintain, r aid in the legal registratin f Partners Wrldwide accrding t natinal law requirements Reprting / crdinating lgistics & updates Facilitate partnership trips abrad and lead r accmpany a partner, if requested Initiate pre-trip and pst trip cmmunicatins: with BA trip participants including reminders t fllw-thrugh n infrmatin sheets and waivers, rientatin materials, travel infrmatin, insurance, pictures, stries, vlunteer lgs, etc. with LCI and BA team leaders n trip bjectives, planning and lgistics Ambassadrs / Representatives f the PW brand, visin & mdel Intentinally develp cnstructive relatinships with LCI leaders t supprt the partnership understanding f key trends and issues cnfrnting the rganizatin Develp and prduce marketing and cmmunicatin assets/stries t supprt Reginal Newsletters and ther dnr cmmunicatins, as needed Prmte Partners Wrldwide in the regin and engage in crss-agency initiatives t advcate fr issues impacting thse we serve. Maintain relatinships with leaders and rganizatins with similar r cmplementary gals in cuntry. Research and identify ptential dnr develpment pprtunities: Assess and reprt n ptential dnr revenue surces in Indnesia t further develp financial sustainability within Indnesia. Cntinue t update database f ptential partners and submit mnthly t Reginal Facilitatr and Develpment Manager t review and act n (e.g. individual dnrs, churches, businesses r CSR, family fundatins, r training mdules). Research and reprt n PWE investment pprtunities: This shuld include the market research and the legal framewrk fr freign investrs within Indnesia. Further, highlight pprtunities and threats fr varius mdels f investment (e.g. direct investment, c-investment, pprtunities t invest in firms that sub-invest, etc.)

3 Research and cntribute t the Indnesia grwth strategy: Further develp the 3-year cuntry grwth strategy within the PW strategic rganizatinal directin fr Indnesia t mve the rganizatin frward, in cllabratin with the Reginal Facilitatr and the cuntry/reginal advisry bard. Develp r cllect effective tls and resurces (business training, mentring tls) and share them with the Reginal Facilitatr. Identify synergies and facilitate effective alliances acrss existing partnerships t strengthen impacts cllectively. ANCILLARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversight and cnsulting f lcal prgrams and impact reprting t supprt Fundatin r dnr reprting requirements As requested, help with internatinal, reginal, r natinal cnference planning, training and lgistics (rientatin, travel and ldging) Supprt lcal cnference strategy executin, if relevant in the cuntry. Maintain relatinship with the Curriculum Cach within the cuntry, appint r develp additinal caches as demand increases, and facilitate Train-the-Trainer planning and implementatin with LCIs and caches. Manage the translatin f the Partners Wrldwide curriculum and ther key dcuments and resurces, as needed Crdinate and plan natinal and reginal netwrking frums Prvide training, versight and evaluatin f internatinal and natinal interns Other duties as assigned CORE COMPETENCIES The requirements listed belw are representative (nt all inclusive) f the knwledge, skill, and/r ability required. Permanent resident f assigned cuntry f Indnesia Ability t travel dmestically and internatinally, including valid/current passprt t allw fr reginal r glbal travel PHYSICAL DEMANDS The wrk envirnment characteristics described here are representative f thse an emplyee encunters while perfrming the essential functins f this jb. This persn will als be expected t travel t Nrth America up t 10 days at a time (estimated 1x per year), reginally in Sutheast Asia (estimated 2x per year), and frequent shrter trips f 2-4 days within the urban and rural regins f Indnesia (estimated 6 t 12x per year) in accrdance with nging wrk plans. This psitin is regularly required t walk, sit and stand; use hands t finger manipulatin, handle, feel, reach with arms and hands, and talk r hear. Wrk in varius envirnments may require emplyee t stp, climb, sit r stand fr perids f time. Emplyee may ccasinally be required t lift weights up t 20 kilgrams, and regularly lift up t 5 kilgrams. Visin requirements include clse, distance, peripheral and depth perceptin.
