Once again, Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit is offering a pre-purchase camping package which includes your discounted general admission event ticket! Located in the Visitor Centre Gardens, campers will have the opportunity to relax in good company a short stroll away from the Paddock with the campground also adjacent to the popular licenced Champions Café. Camping will be provided for Motorhomes, campervans, caravans and tents, however space is limited so it is essential to pre book early to avoid disappointment. A limited number of 5m x 10m powered sites are now available and must be pre-purchased. Portable generators are permitted, however, in consideration of your fellow campers they are not to be used between 10.00pm and 7.00am. Showers and toilets are also available. PLEASE NOTE: A VALID EVENT ENTRY TICKET MUST BE PURCHASED TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE CAMPGROUND The campground will be open from 4.00pm on Thursday 20 th April 2017 until 9am on Monday 24 th April WANT TO RACE A SUPERCAR DRIVER? 4 2017 WD-40 Phillip Island 500 CONDITIONS OF SALE FOR CAMPGROUND PHILLIP ISLAND GRAND PRIX CIRCUIT Each ticket and each pass, credential or other document (each a ticket ) allowing entry to the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit campgrounds ( Campgrounds ) during the 2017 Phillip Island V8 event ( Event ) is subject to the following conditions. 1. Except as required by law, and subject to condition 2, tickets will not be refunded, replaced or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to, the possible non-appearance of any particular person, group or personality expected by the ticket holder, whether expected to enter an event or not and whether advertised or not, or any adverse weather conditions or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of PI Operations Pty Ltd ( PI OPERATIONS ). Ticket prices may include a non refundable service fee. If a refund is made, PI Operations Pty Ltd may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any fee it has charged. 2. PI OPERATIONS is not obliged to replace a ticket under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, loss or theft. PI OPERATIONS reserves its rights, however, to replace a ticket which has been lost or stolen and charge a fee for that replacement, in its sole and absolute discretion. 3. Tickets obtained from sources not authorised by PI OPERATIONS may have been lost, stolen or counterfeit and may not be honoured for admission. 4. Any ticket purchased and the ticket holder s entry to and presence at the Event and Campgrounds is subject to these conditions of sale, the conditions of entry displayed at Event entrances and entrances to the Campgrounds and at and all applicable laws (including, without limitation, in respect of those parts of the Circuit which form part of an event venue under the Major Sporting Events Act 2009 (Vic), the crowd management provisions of that Act). These conditions of sale and the conditions of entry are intended to add to and not to derogate from the rights of PI OPERATIONS (and other Associated Entities (as that term is defined in the conditions of entry)) and the obligations of ticket holders under applicable laws. By purchasing a ticket, you are deemed to have accepted and understood as binding on you all conditions and any accompanying risks, obligations and responsibilities. 5. Published concessional ticket prices are available only to those classes of persons which PI OPERATIONS officially publishes as being eligible for the concessional price. Identification and/or evidence of qualification for the concessional price may be required and must be produced if requested, both when purchasing tickets and when entering the Event. 6. Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of PI OPERATIONS, which may attach thereto any conditions it sees fit, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If the ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer may be refused admission. 7. PI OPERATIONS reserves the right, with reasonable cause, to refuse entry to any person or remove any person from the Campgrounds. 8. Conditions at the Campgrounds vary from time to time. You are required to take appropriate care for your own wellbeing including with regard to your hydration and sun protection. 9. Ticket holders acknowledge that the Event may be held on any such dates as approved by the FIA and that the Event organizer may add, withdraw or substitute any riders, performers, activities or races associated with the Event, vary programs, other conveniences, attractions and audience capacity and determine and publish additional conditions applicable to the ticket holder from time to time. 10. PI OPERATIONS collects personal information about ticket holders which is necessary for it to operate the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit (Circuit) and to promote the Circuit and events at the Circuit. In particular, PI OPERATIONS may collect the name, address and phone number of ticket holders for the purposes of conducting research, marketing and promotional activities in relation to the Circuit and such other events. Unless the ticket holder otherwise reaches an agreement with PI OPERATIONS to the contrary, the Ticket holder consents to PI OPERATIONS (and Associated Entities) collecting personal information about the ticket holder for these purposes. A ticket holder can reach such an agreement with PI OPERATIONS by contacting PI OPERATIONS at the address below or by advising PI OPERATIONS at the time of collection. Also, ticket holders hereby consent to the use by and disclosure of their personal information to research, marketing and promotional organisations for the purposes set out in this Condition 10 unless the ticket holder otherwise notifies PI OPERATIONS by contacting it as described below. Unless ticket holders advise otherwise, ticket holders consent to receiving future promotional and marketing material from PI OPERATIONS, including via electronic messages (e.g. , SMS etc). Ticket holders have certain rights to access their personal information held by PI OPERATIONS and can request access by contacting the PI OPERATIONS Privacy Officer at RMB 500GP Cowes 3922, Victoria. 11. Camping Tickets shall be delivered/collected as follows: Pre-purchased Camping and Ticket orders will receive a receipt and information letter via outlining the collection procedure for their booking. The receipt will need to be presented at the Accreditation Centre at Gate 2 along with photo identification to receive the valid Tickets and/or Campground Wristbands. Ticket holders acknowledge and agree that any part or parts of these conditions of sale which contravene the law of a relevant jurisdiction and are not enforceable may be read down and are severable and do not invalidate the remaining conditions.

5 Ticketek Terms and Conditions of Sale Ticketek Pty Ltd (ABN ) ( Ticketek ) provides ticketing services, including the sale and distribution of tickets, as agent for the venue, promoter or person responsible for holding the relevant event (the Seller ). In providing these services, Ticketek owns and operates Ticketek.com and Ticketek.com.au (the Site ). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket. By purchasing a ticket from Ticketek, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions relate both to the sale of tickets and attendance at events. These Terms and Conditions apply to both the original purchaser and any subsequent ticketholders ( you ). Variation to Terms and Conditions Ticketek may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating them. Any variations will only apply to ticket purchases made after these Terms and Conditions have been updated. Additional Seller Terms and Conditions Each ticket is also sold subject to any additional terms and conditions of the Seller for the particular event ( Seller s Terms ). The Seller s Terms may be disclosed as part of the event information on Ticketek s website and at Ticketek agents and outlets at the time of purchase. The Seller s Terms are also available from Ticketek on request. General Terms and Conditions Ticketek acts as agent for the Seller in the sale of all tickets. As such, except as specified in these Terms and Conditions, all claims in connection with tickets or events are the sole responsibility of the Seller and, except to the extent required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) Ticketek otherwise has no liability to you. Refunds, exchanges and replacements 1. Ticketek will only offer a refund or exchange of a ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Seller (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). You must apply for a refund within a reasonable time. Ticketek does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances. 2. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Seller, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges). Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), neither Ticketek nor the Seller will be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses. 3. Ticketek will only replace lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets if the authenticity of the ticket can be verified, including proof of purchase, and if you give reasonable notice before the event. Ticketek may charge a reasonable fee for the replacement of tickets. Ticketek may not replace tickets where seating is unallocated (general admission tickets). 4. You should carefully consider the refund and cancellation policies of travel, accommodation and other goods or service providers when making arrangements for attendance at an event. You may also wish to consider taking out a relevant insurance policy to cover for any losses in the event of cancellation, rescheduling or relocation. Variations to performances or events 1. The Seller reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories) and audience capacity. Conditions of entry 1. Admission to an event is subject to the Seller s Terms. In particular, the following form part of the Seller s terms unless otherwise specified: 2. You may be denied entry into, or removed from, an event where the Seller has reasonable grounds to do so, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions or the Seller s Terms, or you are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired or adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event by others. 3. If you arrive late, you may not be admitted until a suitable break in the event. 4. You may not be permitted to take into the event, or use, cameras or other photographic or recording equipment (including mobile phones). 5. You may be required to submit to a search of your person and/or possessions before entering the event. Authenticity and validity of tickets 1. Entry to an event may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable, including because the ticket has been damaged or defaced in any way, or has not been purchased from Ticketek or other authorised points of sale. Resale of tickets & scalping 1. Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Ticketek and the Seller, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction or other unauthorised resale sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the ticketholder of the ticket may be refused admission. Ticketek will use reasonable efforts to notify you of such action. SCALPING WARNING: The resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by ticket sales legislation and may attract criminal penalties. Collection and delivery of tickets 1. You must allow adequate time for collection or delivery of tickets. Methods of collection and/or delivery will be available when choosing your collection/delivery details. In the interests of minimising ticket scalping, Ticketek may change your delivery method to "venue collect" at its discretion. 2. Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided for collection of tickets and at the event. Limitations on number of tickets purchased 1. When purchasing tickets for a particular event you may be limited to a specified number of tickets. If you exceed the stated ticket limit, you may have any or all of your orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketek at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, address, billing address, credit card number or other information. Ticket limits apply to ensure fair access to tickets for fans, and as a measure to minimise ticket scalping. System Errors 1. While Ticketek takes all reasonable care to ensure that tickets are correctly priced and only available for sale when intended, sometimes errors may occur. Ticketek may cancel an order made as a result of any such error, although in the case of a pricing error Ticketek will endeavour to contact you to give you the option of purchasing the ticket at the correct price. Customer Errors 1. Campground zones Zone 1 Campers located in Zone 1 may move their vehicles in/out during the event. Zone 2 Campers can leave their vehicle in Zone 2 if they wish. However, for safety reasons once the vehicle has entered the campground it cannot be moved during the event. Motorcycles can come and go during the event. Please refer to vehicle access times for the campground. NOTE: A designated carpark located adjacent to the campground is available for campers to leave their cars in if they do not wish to leave their cars in Zone 1 or 2. This carpark allows all campers to come and go during the event, 24 hours. Q: Are there vehicle access times for Zone 2? A: Yes there is strict access for cars in this zone. For those arriving at the campground to set up on Friday and Saturday access will be as follows Thursday, 20 th April Friday, 21 st April Saturday, 22 nd April

7 Please note that once your car is in Zone 2 you will not be allowed to move your cars until the access times listed below when departing the event. Sunday, 23 rd April Monday, 24 th April Q: Does camping include entry to the event? A: There are two options available. Option 1 General Admission ticket & Camping ticket package. Includes 3 day Trackside ticket & 4 nights camping ticket (Thurs Sun). Option 2 Campground only, for patrons that have previously purchased their event tickets. Q: Are powered sites available? A: Yes. Powered sites are available for pre-purchase only at a cost of $100 per site. Generators are also permitted for non-powered sites between the hours of each day. Q: Can a powered site be purchased at the gate? A: Yes but may be sold out. Limited number of sites available. Q: Is the cost of a powered site per night, per site or per person? A: The cost of a powered site is per site. Q: Is my powered site reserved for me? A: Yes. Powered sites are allocated as they are sold. We will advise you of your site number. A: Yes. Each person camping is required to purchase a Camping Adult, Camping Concession or Camping Child ticket in order to gain access to the campground and powered site. Q: What is the size of each powered site? A: Each powered site is 5m X 10m. Q: If I have booked a powered site, how many leads can I attach? A: One per site. Q: Do I need to bring my own power lead? A Yes. Q: What is the maximum lead length I can attach? A: 20m Q: How far is it to the power point? A: All sites are positioned to accommodate a maximum power lead length of 20m. 8 Q: Are there any restrictions on the type or size of tent? A: Properly secured camping tents are acceptable. Marquee structures are not and no structure can be over 100m2. Q: Is there an area for campervans, mobile homes, and caravans? A: All campsites are unallocated. There is room for campervan, motor homes and caravans in Zone 1 & 2. Q: Can I sleep in my car? A: Yes. Please note zone restrictions on vehicle movement Q: Can I park my car next to my campsite? A: Yes. Please note zone restrictions on vehicle movement Q: Can I reserve my preferred site or are sites issued on a first in basis? A: No, space is allocated on a first in first served basis. There are no allocated sites. Q: Can I view the circuit/race from my campsite? A: Some sites have a limited view of the circuit. Q: How do I access the Campground? A: Specific Campground access is through Gate 2 off Back Beach Road (150m past Gate 1) and then via gate 6A on VC Drive. Q: How do I buy a Camping ticket? A: Directly from the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit on Q: How will I receive my Camping Tickets? A: Pre-purchased Camping and Ticket orders will receive a receipt and information letter via outlining the collection procedure for their booking. The receipt will need to be presented at the Accreditation Centre at Gate 2 along with photo identification from 4.00pm Thursday 20 th April to receive the valid Tickets and/or Campground Wristbands. Pre-paid bookings will be accepted up until 4pm on Wednesday 19th April 2017 after which time tickets and camping will need to be purchased at the gate. Q: Do I need to pre-book or can camping be purchased at the event? A: Camping tickets can be purchased at the gate. However, we would encourage you to pre-purchase your camping tickets. Powered sites must be pre-purchased. Q: If booking with a group of friends can we book separately? A: Yes, however make sure all of your friends purchase camping tickets for the same zone. Q: Can I come & go from the Campground at night? A: Yes. Please refer to the campground map. Circuit access is strictly prohibited outside of gate opening and closing times. Q: Where do I redeem my camping voucher for a wristband? A: From the Campground Ticket Office located at Gate 2. Q: What if I arrive when campground office is closed? A: You will need to speak to the Security Guard at the campground after hours. Q: Will there be a quiet area or family area?

9 A: There will not be a specific area as such however Security will be monitoring patron behaviour at all times to ensure that no unruly or antisocial behaviour takes place in the Campgrounds. Q: What hot water/shower/toilet facilities are on site? A: There are shower & toilet facilities provided in the campgrounds. Q: Are there any disabled facilities? A: Yes, an accessible toilet and shower are provided. Q: Can we bring in BBQs to the campground? A: Yes, however Fire Restrictions are enforced. If it is a total fire ban day, BBQ s are not permitted. Q: Can we have a small camp fire in the campground? A: Yes, however Fire Restrictions are enforced. If it is a total fire ban day, camp fires are not permitted. Only small, contained campfires are allowed. Security reserve the right cease campfires which pose a safety threat. Campfires are not allowed in some areas such as directly under low-hung trees. Q: Can I bring my own firewood? A: Yes. Q: Is Firewood available? A: Yes. Q: Are there any food/catering facilities within the campgrounds? A: No, campers are encouraged to come self-sufficient. However, Champions Café is fully licenced and will be open over the weekend (Take away alcohol is not available from the Champions Café). Q: What are the opening and closing times for the Visitor Centre/Champions Café? A: The Visitor Centre will be open as per normal trading hours during the event, with extended hours on Saturday from 8am for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner and Sunday from 8am for Breakfast & Lunch. Q: Is there a general store? A: No. The town of Cowes is 10 minutes drive from the Circuit. Q: Can I bring my own alcohol? A: Yes, but only into the Campgrounds. Beer and pre-mixed drinks must be in cans (no glass bottles). Security will be monitoring drunk and disorderly behaviour and reserve the right to evict unruly patrons.
