2 Dear Prospective Course Supporter, On behalf of the Foundation of Orthopaedic Research & Education, and Course Director, Anthony Romeo, MD, we invite your company to exhibit at the 2019 Winter SKS: Shoulder, Knee and Sports Meeting, which will take place February 21-24, 2019 in Snowbird, Utah. The 2019 Winter Shoulder, Knee & Sports Meeting is designed to enhance knowledge of diagnosis and treatment alternatives relevant to the entire array of arthroscopic practice. The program focuses upon surgical methods and technical pearls, which translates into improved operative performance and better patient outcomes. The attached prospectus offers a wide variety of support packages designed to encourage opportunities to communicate your message to an eager and engaged audience. Reservations must be received by January 10, PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW REGARDING YOUR RESERVATION LODGING DEPOSIT: A two-night deposit per room is required at the time the reservation is made. Room, tax and fees for the entire stay are required 30 days prior to arrival. If full payment is not received, the rooms will be returned to Snowbird s inventory, though this shall not release or reduce the Group s liability for attrition or cancellation damages. LODGING CANCELLATIONS: The individual reservation lodging deposit is fully refundable up to thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled days prior to the arrival date will be charged two (2) night s lodging, tax and fees. Reservations cancelled within 14 days prior to the arrival date are fully nonrefundable. No-shows, delayed arrivals, and early departures are considered cancellations.
