2 Executive Summary JRO Group Pty Ltd is a company operating adult retail outlets in New South Wales trading as Flirt Adult Store. This new proposed development at 54 Cobra St, Dubbo, is an additional store in Dubbo and will be the permanent location for Flirt Adult Store. Flirt Adult Stores stock adult products inside an establishment which restricts access to over 18 year olds, thus protecting children from being exposed to inappropriate material. Flirt continues to break down the status a minority of people have for this type of business, many ill-founded community members have little or no experience with supposed negative feedback or impact this type of business will have on the greater cornmunity The adult industry including adult stores, magazines, videos, e-commerce and sexual lifestyles in general, are an accepted part of current society. The vast majority of people living in NSW support the existence and availability of adult businesses and the products they sell. The consumers of adult products range from 18 to 80 and come from all walks of life. There is no evidence to suggest that the availability of adult sexual material increases levels of sexual violence, in fact most studies report the opposite. 3 Vision Statement To continue to grow the business to be the biggest adult store chain in country NSW, having stores throughout the main regional communities and providing the highest level of customer service and the biggest range of adult products Mission Statement To promote sex in a safe, enjoyable and tasteful manner through education, support and understanding utilising safe, fun and tasteful products. The Business Flirt Adult Store will consist of one shop located at 54 Cobra, Dubbo. Flirt will adhere to all relevant legislation specifically: Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) (enforcement) Act 1995 Crimes Act 1900 No 40, Division 5, Part 16 The premises will be constructed so that no part of the interior of the premises will be visible to any person outside the premises. Each entrance to the premises will be fitted with a door capable of excluding persons from the interior of the premises, and the premises will be kept closed by means of a door at all times while the premises are closed to the public. The proprietor of the premises, or some other adult person appointed by the proprietor for that purpose, will remain on or near the premises, and will be in charge of the premises, at all times while the premises are open to the public. Each entrance to the premises will prominently displayed, so as to be able to be read from outside the premises, a notice, printed in clearly legible letters at least 15 mm in height, containing the following words: RESTRICTED PUBLICATIONS AREA PERSONS UNDER 18 MAY NOT ENTER. MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ARE WARNED THAT SOME MATERIAL DISPLAYED IN THIS AREA MAY CAUSE OFFENCE. No goods will be displayed in any windows or doors and goods will not be visible at anytime from the outside of the premises. All doors and windows will be kept closed at all times and a secondary screen will be installed inside the building at the entrance to ensure the inside of the premises is not visible from the outside. 3R0 Group Pty Ltd

I plan to work closely with local community health organisations to ensure that the right advice and assistance is provided to the community through Flirt.
