1 Compensation Plan Company Description: Corporate Sales Rep This is a special rank and will always be front line to the company. This rank receives 5% of the Total Group Sales Volume of it s entire Organization s Commissionable Sales Volume. These position can only be added from the Admin and will not be assigned to any consultant. Company Sales Reps who are employed by the company are given list of existing company customer to call and make sales. These customer will become customer in the organization of one of these Corporate Sales Position. If one of these Customer decides to become a Consultant, they will be in the downline of that Corporate Sales Position. The company can share the revenue generated by this position with the Company Sales Reps as it sees fit. These Company Sales Reps are W2 Employees of the company and will not be tracked by the software. Consultants are rewarded based on sales and performance. Whether you are interested in earning a little or a lot, this plan as something for you. As a consult, you purchase our high quality products at a 20% discount which you can resale at our suggested retail price and earn an immediate profit. Your customers can visit you virtual store, make purchases, we will ship the product to your customers for you and pay you a 20% Retail Sales Commission. As an active consultant, you can start introducing the business opportunity or others and if they decide to join you as a consultant, you will enjoy a 30% Fast Start Bonus1 on the products in their starter kit. When they follow you lead and personally enroll their own consultants, you will receive an additional 10% Fast Start Bonus2. As your Sales Organization grows, so will you earnings, because as you qualify, you will earn Uni-level Commission based on the Group Sales Volume or your organization up to 6 levels deep. In addition when you achieve the rank of Diamond or Platinum you receive a Leadership Bonus of 2% to 3%. Ranks & Requirements: To be eligible to earn Fast Start, Uni-level or Leadership Commissions a consultant must be Active. To be considered Active for these commissions a consultant must attain the minimum rank of Silver and have a minimum of $150 PSV in the current month. All consultants are eligible to receive Retail Commissions.

3 Retail Commission: Once enrolled as a Consultant you may sell our products at the retail price established and earn the difference between the wholesale and retail price. You can sell the products directly to your customer after you have purchased them at the wholesale price or even have your customers visit your online store and make the purchase directly from your store. Apogee International will track your customers and include your retail commission in your next pay period. 20% Retail Bonus of the purchases of their personally enrolled Customer Purchases from their virtual store. Fast Start Bonus 1: When a Consultant Personally Enrolls a New Consultant and that consultant purchase Starter Product Kit, the enrolling consultant receives a 30% Fast Start Bonus based on the Commissionable Volume of the products in that kit. This is a one-time commission bonus on New Personally Enrolled Consultants. Fast Start Bonus 2: 10% is paid upline to the enroller s enroller. This is a one-time commission bonus on New Personally Enrolled Consultants. 4 Leadership Bonus: The Leadership Bonus will reward you for helping your down line Members become Silver, Gold and Platinum Consultants. When you promote to Platinum or Diamond by meeting and maintaining the requirements. You qualify to receive an additional 1% to 2% Leadership Bonus Monthly. Platinum and Diamond Consultants receive a leadership bonus of their GCSV. They must complete a consultant agreement and agreed to Apogee s Terms & Conditions. Active Consultant To be considered Active for these commissions a consultant must attain the minimum rank of Silver and have a minimum of $150 PSV in the current month. All consultants are eligible to receive Retail Commissions. Silver Consultant requires $150 PSV to qualify for commissions. Gold Consultant requires $300 PSV, Personally Enroll 3 Silver or higher Active Consultants and $450 GSV.

5 Platinum Consultant requires $600 PSV, Personally Enroll 7 Consultants with 3 Gold or higher Active Consultants and $1500 GSV. Diamond Consultant requires $900 PSV, Personally Enroll 12 Consultants with 3 Platinum or higher Active Consultants and $3150 GSV. Rank, defined as the highest level qualified. A consultant s Rank and Paid as Rank may be different. For commission purposes a consultant will earn commissions based on Paid as Rank. Paid as Rank, defined as the high rank a consultant is qualified to receive commission. A consultant s Rank and Paid as Rank may be different. For commission purposes a consultant will earn commissions based on Paid as Rank. PSV: Personal Sales Volume consist of a consultant s personal purchases and those of their customers. QV: The amount of Personal Sales Volume required to be qualified to receive Uni-level commission for a specific rank. PE: Personally Enrolled Consultants or Customers. GSV: Personal Commissionable Sales Volume of a consultant s personal enrolled consultant s purchases and those of their personal customers.
